My wife and I were looking for a grill and liked a clearance option. Jerry found 1 of 2 left in the store, loaded it up for us, and walked us through the purchase. He took the time to make sure we received the right discounts, and even held the item while we found a way to get it home. He was very helpful, patient, and a pleasure to work with. Jeremiah rang up our purchase, and did a great job as well. What a great experience!

So I had to go to Lowe's because the color match for paint was down at Home Depot. While I looked for parking I saw a Veteran only parking spot. This is the first time I've ever seen one of those and being a Veteran, I truly appreciated it. When I went in, I was greeted by the people behind the desk which was nice. Sometimes when you go into businesses a lot of the employees have there heads down. I looked down the aisle, and saw the paint sign and headed over there. I waited for a minute and asked someone to call someone over. Within a minute, Wesley was there. (I hope that's his name, blonde hair, about 5'8") I took some paint chips out of the bag and handed one to him. He asked what color sheen I needed? And i asked him to recommend it. After it was done he showed my the paint patch iI gave him along with the paint he had just made on it and I couldn't tell the difference. Also, while I was there I needed help finding putty knives. At the time, I had no idea what they were actually called but Ryan (again, I hope I have his name right. He was a shorter gentleman with brown hair) was behind the help desk, first helped me with the name of what I wanted AND gave me the aisle. I know these are things that employees are supposed to do but now a days people don't do their jobs with smiles on their faces. Some even act as if you are inconveniencing them by asking a question or directions. These two gentlemen made my experience pleasant and the Veteran Parking was just the icing on the cake. THANK YOU!!!

This Lowes is hit and miss on the customer service, today was a great time though. Update: still hit and miss on the customer service, entered store wandered around only 1 worker spoke to us. I found die-cast cars here though, sweet little find! THANK YOU LOWE'S, putting an air compressor and hose for the pro customers, amazingly helpful!

Great customer service from Jeremiah, Lexi and Jaylen! We needed one fence panel from the top rack and Lexi and Jeremiah pulled it down and Jaylen helped us in checkout. They were all so friendly and helpful! It鈥檚 nice to shop in stores that value customer service.

Please do not buy appliances here. They have terrible customer service. I was told two separate times that a manager would call me to help straighten out problems (created by the person who ordered our appliances) and I never received a call from any manager. I went into the store and told them I probably needed to talk to a manager to figure out the delivery problems. The kid working went to talk to the manager and came back with directions on what to do... Which did not solve the problem. The manager never came to help figure it out. No one ever took responsibility and no one could figure out what to do. Definitely not impressed. I'll buy at Home Depot instead.

TLDR; "pro" desk managed to ruin my birthday and my vacation. Let me start by saying everyone here seems really nice... But the pro desk also seems entirely incompetent and anything but "pro" and I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience. I wanted to celebrate my 45th birthday this year by building a small cabin on an off grid ranch property. Despite initially looking to order from another store, my builder who is Denver based told me that this store was solid, reliable, and always does right by him. I decided to order from here specifically on his recommendation. They did us both wrong. Even with putting in the order 10 days in advance (Aug 23rd) and only ordering materials we understood to be available and in stock, When we showed up on our pickup date,September 2nd, they had nothing ready. Flash forward 3 days, they still don't have the order fully pulled off the shelves and are out of stock all of a sudden for literally all of the roofing materials we ordered. Did any of us ever get a call from them during any of this time? Nah. The boards they did pull were terrible: warped, full of cracks. To the point where they're switching out already pulled materials in front of us because they're obviously unusable or unsatisfactory quality. So, I'm now 5 days in and a third of the way through the schedule for my birthday build project (that I traveled from Texas to Colorado for) and literally nothing to show for it, and I hold Lowe's primarily accountable. Had to make the decision to cancel the order and at this point I'd rather do business just about anywhere else than Lowe's. I don't think very highly of home Depot but I certainly have never had this sort of experience there. At least at home Depot they're motto is helping things get done, thanks to Lowe's I never even got started. Now the builder is out, I'm returning $2k worth of tools that I had purchased for my own use during the build , and they lost out on my materials order. Serves y'all right for f'ing up my birthday. Thanks for that.. this really meant a lot to me. Pro indeed 馃憥 if I could give less than one star I would, I feel like y'all didn't even earn that. I guess it goes to show you that months worth of planning still can't account for a bad experience when it really matters.

Jerry Comstock went above and beyond to accommodate our needs when finding the best Grill. He even checked the back stock of the store and located the only propane grill left in the make and model we wanted. Jerry demonstrated excellent customer service and made sure to get us the best price possible on an amazing Weber Grill. I like that Lowes provides a predictable shopping experience. I can use my phone to go online and determine what aisle a product is located in so I don't waste time searching around the store. The self checkout area gets a little crowded sometimes. The Lowes in Parker is usually clean and has a decent garden center. I probably prefer Lowes in comparison to other local home improvement stores.

Another example of why I only shop at Lowes when absolutely necessary. Buying 7 sheets of zip sheathing (not stocked at my local Home Depot) and putting on a cart myself with at least 2 employees seeing me do this, i dont even ask for help anymore. As I finished, another gentleman asked me if I would help him since he couldn't get staff to help. I immediately went to Home Depot for the rest of my materials, 2x4x16's, so there was no reason to ask for help. As I was getting my cart staged, an employee approached and offered to help. Generaly DIYers need less than 2 minutes of help getting 10 of something, but Lowes is too busy for that. Home Depot will continue to get the 99% of my business that is overlapping product.

I will never understand why only teenagers that have no flippin how to use a forklift are the only ones that use the forklift. Would have had the job loaded 20 minutes faster without all of the stupid safety policies and untrained employees. They also have zero sense of urgency to get loaded. Sorry, we aren't paid by the hour like they are.
