Only one criticism is the weight was a little long. But not horrendous and the service that they gave us made up for waiting a little late longer than you assume. You would wait. The staff one above and beyond. They had a coupon I didn't know about, that. They let me use. Where do you find people like that anymore? Unheard of, The staff is exceptionally polite and made it a very pleasant visit.

After going to another SW location, I called this store for help trying to find an old paint color from our house from 8+ years prior. Jack did everything in his power to look up old orders and try to help me out over the phone. I came in and he was super friendly and helpful. His manager Jeremy was also helpful too. After some discussion and looking at options they found something that we were pretty confident would work. After 3 precious tries at the Castle Rock location, just 1 visit here and they figured it out! Perfect match. Really appreciate the effort and that they actually cared to try and help me out.

We initially bought 20 gal of the wrong color paint for our home exterior due to misreading our HOA paint schemes. The day before starting the job, we took four 5-gal buckets of body and trim paint back to this location. The staff manually computed the pigment formula differences and re-colored the paint for us. Thankfully this was possible as our incorrect choices were similar, but lighter, shades. The new colors were exactly right across all four buckets and we did not have to re-purchase 20 gal of paint. This store is in a great location and the staff are intelligent and work at a fast pace. The store manager Ryan, is attentive to my personal business needs and always makes sure to carry the particular cabinet products I need. This is one of the busier stores I have saw, so I would recommend calling in your order beforehand if possible.

Ken spent nearly 10 mins on the phone with me just to find a long lost paint color for one of my clients. Terrific customer service. We have always loved shopping at this store and as a company, will continue to do so.

We bought a new house that needed a lot of new paint. We headed to Sherwin Williams with some ideas about colors. We were greeted by Jackson with a warm smile and he made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. He walked us through what to expect with our choice of paint colors, what finishes to choose and helped us estimate our quantity. Jackson was very knowledgeable about all the products we needed and set us up for success. I'm sure that some trips to the paint store aren't always fun, but he kept everything light while he was getting his job done. We really appreciate all of his assistance and would highly recommend him & this store. Thanks!

Jackson is/was the golden standard of service you鈥檇 hope to receive from any business, let alone a big-name store. It wasn鈥檛 just with me, I was at the store twice today and saw him patiently, knowledgeably, and pleasantly answer every question other customers had. I would give 6 stars if they let me.

This is, by far, my favorite Sherwin Williams location! I will go out of my way to go to this store because of Jackson, Carli and Jeremy. They always greet me with a smile and remember my name. Also, if I need to send a painter to pick something up, Jackson speaks Spanish which is a huge bonus!馃檪 Thanks guys!

Today was my first interaction with Ryan, the store manager, and it was not pleasant. Based upon MANY other reviews where his name is directly mentioned, I don't appear to be the first customer he has insulted or been condescending towards. And it wasn't just me - I heard him speak very rudely to another gentleman as well. On every other visit to this store, I was treated very respectfully by the staff. They are polite and willing to educate considering I am not a professional painter. This is the only reason I am leaving 3-stars rather than one. Considering the high volume of negative reviews where Ryan is personally mentioned, it may be time to start looking for someone else to run your store.

Update 11/26/18: After submitting my feedback below I was contacted via email from the store's manager. He was incredibly professional, supportive of their store's pricing and premium quality, and apologized for the customer service being lackluster. He even extended me an "olive branch" for future purchases. For this reason I have increased my review from 3 to 4 stars. I have to admit that the paint we used for our kitchen cabinets and office built-ins majorly surpassed the paint sold at Home Depot or Lowe's, so I am hopeful that this interior paint we will be using for the walls in our home will be that much better than what we have used from the big box stores. If it is, then I will just make sure I always shop SW when I have coupons so that the price is somewhat comparable and easier to swallow ;). If the quality is that impressive, I will come back on here to update my post to 5 stars... Original Post 11/25/18: The prices are so high, even with a 40% off sale, and the clerk didn't know much about which paint we should use, and our $10 off coupon they couldn't get to work even though it was valid. For such a large expense these things should not be an issue. My husband and I left feeling that we had overpaid and felt sick to our stomachs, which makes us unlikely to want to go this route again, even though we have twice before.
