The Home Depot

The employees here are always so wonderful! I have been doing a ton of my own home improvement jobs and the staff there always helps me get to the right place with the right information to get the job done well! I just make sure I have as much information about the project I'm doing or question I have as I can and if applicable I take a picture with me so I can verify as much as possible. It's been working out pretty well thank you Home Depot

What is there not to love about Home Depot!? We probably should buy stock in the franchise. They have everything you need for home improvement, like carpet,tile, hardwood floors, kitchen appliances, storage items, plants, lawn care, household cleaning products, paper products, and so much more! Friendly staff, plenty of free parking, easy to get in, find what you need, and get out. See you there!

Mark and tanner in equipment rental were great, Mark was very knowledgeable when renting the machine we needed this morning and tanner was a great help in the return

Employees don't know of their own battery recycling programs and are very rude if you ask questions. I called to find out about the battery recycling program for laptop batteries since the website says the accept them on site. I was told that no such program exists and I would have to take them elsewhere. (Even checked with someone else who verified there was no such program). Then when I mentioned what the website said, they said that was wrong. When I asked if there was another location that might have it, they hung up without even acknowledging my question. I called the next closest Home Depot who not only knew what I was talking about, but even told me where the recycling box was located in the store. Very rude and in need of training.

Found what I needed to repair my outdated sprinkler system and was only followed around the store by security twice, I always enjoy the profiling by asset protection only felt harassed once, while helping an elderly gentleman get what he needed and an employee watching my every move pretending to sort the bay right beside us. Kudos to the fine men and women at the Home Depot

Not my first home Depot review, the motivation is the cheap Google points to come with their review. That being said home Depot is a good place to get the supplies you need to make your home more livable or more beautiful.

I don’t understand why basic customer service is such an impossibility with this company. Been shopping with Home Depot for many years, but recently disappointing is an understatement

Customer service here is atrocious!! I ordered a $1500 air compressor for my shop, Home Depot knocked it over and broke it, then had a bad attitude about making it right... An employee named "silver" was the worst, but a few employees had more important things to do, such as stocking items instead of helping me.

I deliver lumber to this store and I have to say, Beth is one of the best forklift drivers that I have ever came across, I would say she's better than 95% of the forklift drivers of the other stores. Great job!

In and out. They had what I needed. Bought it and checked out fast. I did notice that a few Home Depot’s are going self check out. Don’t know if that’s going to work but only time will tell.
