The timing for a snow shovel to break and somehow stores around the area be missing all kinds of snow equipment. The place is jam-packed with holiday stuff currently, so much that a few walkways are hard to navigate if people occupy it with a cart for too long. Also having to find a tool I am looking for is in short supply and the ones offered sound hollow and untrustworthy to endure heavy use. Then there is the services, which seemed to only be all the way on the other side. Exhausting visit for a tiny dude like myself.

A gold star for each of the awesome employees who tried their best to help us. I don’t normally leave reviews but we were intrigued by all the marketing for patio furniture and decided we would check it out. The front entrance of the store had big hand written signs about the great deals on patio furniture. Then, when you get to the outdoor department there is even more signs with pictures of all the patio sets that are still available. We found one we loved but after speaking to three different employees and waiting over 45 minutes no one was ever able to find the sets that were displayed and shown as “available” the employees literally had to do laps around the store and make several calls to find out if they were even in stock. I guess I don’t understand why you would even take pictures of what’s available and fail to actually show employees where to find the product? Thankfully, we found a better set for half the price on Amazon.

Refused help in fastner dept. Told that you didint have any employees other than the three that were just standing around . I thought you hired employee to help customer 's. You just lost 5 grand on sales, worst experience in home Depot i have ever had in Over40 years , ill never do business with you ever again .keep running your customers off, and you wont have a business its common sense oh yea you probably hired people that don't have any they just want a pay check , for what ???? Refusing to do your job should be a firing experience .

I rented a Karcher Carpet Cleaner and Detailer from this Home Depot location. The first one I rented the hose was so clogged no cleaning solution would come out. Returned to the store they rented me another one and that one the cleaning solution would not stop coming out. Returned to the store where the employee explained to me that tool rental is unreliable and you should not expect them to work every time. Listen to that employee, tool rental is unreliable - don't waste your time, money, or gas renting from Home Depot.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered an LG Refrigerator online that included install and removal of the old refrigerator. The 3rd party delivery team said they were unable to take the doors off to get it through the kitchen doorway, then said someone from Home Depot or LG would come finish installation and left me with no contact number. Currently living with a fridge in my living room. I've been lied to several times once I finally was able to reach management (no help from online phone numbers or the online chat). I've been wasting my entire day waiting for someone to "come complete the installation" because a manager told me that was the case. After being on hold for over 1.5 hours, I spoke with Megan (the store manager on duty), she said they are unable to install the fridge and will issue a refund and schedule a pickup. She offered no solutions about other products that might meet my needs and sounded unbothered and honestly sorta pretentious on the call. The earliest they can pick it up is in 6 days, meaning I will have lived with a useless giant home appliance in my living room for 2 weeks in total... Go ANYWHERE else for large appliances, this Home Depot is useless.

We have been going to the same Home Depot about three times a day lol for the past month. I love this store.

They have everything in stock, but you have to search for an associate to unlock it and then they lock it away up front, then you get up front and it takes the front end associate another 10 minutes to be free enough to unlock it up front. I ended up walking out without the $200 tool because I stood there for 10 minutes, I am on the clock and have to get back to the job. Home Depot is better than Lowe’s when it comes to urgency, but this particular Home Depot seems like they don’t have the training as other Home Depot’s. Or they just don’t care.

It's your friendly neighborhood home depot store. It is precisely as good as every other HD store you have ever been into, or as bad, depending on if you don't mind shopping box stores for your lumber, electrical and plumbing needs. Some improvements lately... The staff last 2 visits have all been super friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help mr get what i need quickly. Also, their new self servoce checkouts are really well thought out! Fast and easy for the big stuff.

There is an employee that parks in the very front parking space nearly every day, all day long... This is so lame to me and is the only reason for my low review. Once I notice that this employee moves their car to the back of the lot (or somewhere other than the very front parking space), I'll update my review. I actually really like this store otherwise and have had nothing but good experiences here (and I'm at this location on a near-daily basis!).

Super good stop for some needed supplies. And every question I had got a quick and clear employee answer. So Thank You All once again!!!!!
