The price, products and service was very good. Andy was patient, gave clear explanations, and efficient.

Literally left in the middle of Saturday rush?? Arrived at 2:20pm, waited for 20 mins, and finally left. Who knows how long they were gone before we got there. It is 2021. Why is change required?? Basically- don’t count on SW to be open when they say they are. This is the second SW I tried today where they said they were open and we’re not available.

Customer service was top notch and I really appreciated their patience since this was my first visit. When I let them know what attributes were most important in my paint selection, a different product was recommended, which covered extremely well with very little odor. I truly appreciate SW offering curbside pickup during this weird time - and the color is perfect!

I believe because of the shortage of paint that my order took three times as long to prepare because there was no 5 gallon buckets of Pro Mar 200 so they had to give me 15 one gallon buckets to fill my other. Other than that the service and store was amazing.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff, high quality products. The color selection is phenomenal. Almost too much to make a timely decision! The manager, Ryan is young but very knowledgeable. Their top two brands were recently included in the top five best paints by consumer reports.

Two employees in store held up 6 customers and lost one for 1 guys paint match. How and why does it take 2 people to match 1 gallon of paint. Common sense says one employee should do the match while the 2nd employee helps the other customers!

Manager Andrew is always courteous, friendly and customer service oriented. He also knows his stuff. This is the store for amateur and professional painters.

Slow service and rude employees. I called in an order, and when I came to pick it up over 2 hours later, they had completely forgotten it. Also, no masks in the middle of COVID. Try another Sherwin Williams location, this one is not worth your time.
