It's a home Depot so you go to a give it at least two stars. Parking is a bit funky. Low review is for the lumber team. Waited 45 mins for some wood to be brought down from 1 rafter up, the worker Ben is a nice guy though!

I don’t know what I would do without Home Depot! I have been able to do so many DIY projects. To accomplish total house projects and now a full renovation of a restaurant here in Denver, crazy. From renting equipment to getting questions answered at any location is awesome. I have figured out to make orders online and pick them up so I don’t wander, stay focused to get back to the job. Also the online line ordering for commercial equipment has been excellent. Thank You for the Military Discount!

People often forget goodness and kindness of others, or take it for granted. I wanted to remind myself and others how impressed I am of the Manager of this store Alexandro Rodriguez. He is the nicest, most patient and level headed person I’ve ever had to encounter with when it comes to business situations. He resolved the problem for me in the past with ease and no complications, and always whenever he sees you, he smiles and greets you. He finds time to walk you through everything you need in the store, have perfect listening skills and advice when needed! He excels in communication and and overall customer care! He is the strong back bone of this store and I will always choose this location over any other.

I waited 30 minutes on the power tool row and nobody was able to help me so I just left. Asked for help about 4-6 times. Worst experience I’ve ever had in Home Depot

I have shopped at this location for years and the staff has gone down hill fast. Instead of hiring older more experienced people in the trade of home improvement, this store hires teenagers in high school. They know nothing about customer service and are often rude and can be down right nasty with there smart remarks. They really test your patience at this store by either ignoring you full on or watching you like a criminal! In the Electrical section I asked for an employee to assist me and was ignored as well. I asked for a manager and not one showed up. This place is a joke! Spend your money elsewhere because this store needs to be overhauled by Home Depot corporate. Shop at the Home Depot store at Crestline and Wadsworth, much better customer service and friendlier employees.

Eric at the paint counter is a true gem! He was so friendly and instantly lifted our spirits with his warm demeanor. My sister and I needed advice on patching a wall and matching a paint color and Eric was so helpful and patient with all of our questions. World-class customer service.

Nicole, the cashier was awesome! She was so helpful and kind and was genuinely interested in the project we were doing. I would go back here just to have her help us again. My only complaint is the confusing prices regarding carpet square feet, it should be easier to understand.

It’s bumping up near 100 My control pad on my attic fan went dead Company directed me to Home Depot A very nice elderly-I am too-man assisted me We walked most of the floor cking 3 locations for my control pad. No luck but he gave it his all. Thank you I then went to Valeria- I think- at the construction desk She worked for some time to locate the part Turns out Home Depot does not carry it anymore She googled it and provided me bc with a copy of the correct unit to order from Amazon Great service. Absolutely TERRIBLE and unhelpful customer service. They charged me a full deposit for a rental for a necessary tool after my basement flooded which they apparently hadn’t had in stock for days. When I arrived they refused to refund me immediately and blamed my financial institution, and then said that they would call my later if one was available but that I would have to pay ANOTHER deposit despite never receiving a cancellation email or my deposit. The manager was rude and combative, the associate was trying to be helpful but only to a point. Now I’m out a full deposit and don’t have a tool necessary to preventing thousands of dollars of damage to my home because of the negligence and refusal to assist of this location. NEVER rent from this location, and I would highly recommend avoiding their management team at all costs for how combative, rude, and dismissive they are.

Had a tough fence rebuild project over two weekends. Each time I went to this Home Depot I was blown away by the teams willingness to help without asking. We had a broken auger piece and Gage in customer service spent a good chunk of time trying to help fix it even though it didn’t relate to his department. Cheerful and so patient! When loading picket materials we were offered help by Rex, Duong, and Dusten. They saved us time and made our day! Thanks for taking care of us!
