As usual, they have a great selection they鈥檙e a little bit short right now on some of the supplies for sprinkler systems, which could be expected. I would think they would order more in advance. The guy didn鈥檛 even know what aisle it was in, but I did find it. I always love the large array of stuff that Lowes carries. And the lady at the register was nice and they have a please Department monitor in the parking lot so you should feel pretty safe.

I would give it 0 or negative stars. I had to ask 4 different employees for help to call someone to the garden area. No one came for an hour before I left. Ridiculous customer service. All the managers were in a meeting and wouldn't come out. The employees who did help me felt bad since they saw me waiting forever without help. One of them suggested I go to a different location.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and generally easy to navigate. Not 5 stars because their selection could be better (I can't always find the styles I need), and registers don't have tap to pay or smart receipts.

Awesome employees not all up in your face trying to help you when you know exactly what you need. And in case anybody's wondering the moving boxes are right below the bubble wrap on aisle 8

I visited this store to find some sprinkler parts. This was an absolute waste of time. Very few employees to be found, and NOT ONE could even tell me where that section was in the store. Nothing but ignorant cashiers working in this store. I really don't know how they stay in business. I don't recommend shopping at Lowe's, and will not visit one again.馃枙馃枙馃枙馃枙

The store isn't as busy as Home Depot and the parking and Garden Center are much easier to navigate. They seem to specialize more in the homeowner vs the commercial customer. A ten percent discount for veterans is a great plus also.

Be careful they changed their return policy. Even if the equipment has never been used . The general manager Jenifer did not even attempt to help the situation. I will never come back to Lowe鈥檚 . Stick with Home Depot

The man who works here is terrible. I am a petite woman by herself, and he started following me around, then when I stopped because nothing is possible to find in the store, he stated talking to the employees I was talking to, and saying mean things about me - in front of me! He said I'm crazy, and "acting all weird', both to me, and to the other men. What I was doing to make him say that - I was not approaching men, I was covered up, and I wore a head covering. He said that was weird. Terrible. I left with nothing, I wasted 30 minutes and my time is valuable!

I鈥檓 in need of a new stove and over the range microwave, and I like Lowes. I knew that I wanted white, and I spent a lot of time on the Lowes website checking prices and what is available in white. What I learned is that many models come in white, and white costs less than stainless. Nice! So we stopped in the Northglenn store and looked at what was there. Not much. So I ordered one from the website, but after waiting 7 weeks, I canceled and returned to the store. Nobody seems to know what happened to it. My refund was instant!Today I bought a stainless one. Great salesman named Denny. Thanks! Yesterday, I needed to buy new locks, but needed the two new sets keyed to an existing lock. I somehow found a fella who was a locksmith, who understood what I needed and made it happen. It was a really good experience! I wish I could remember his name. He鈥檚 the man! So, this week it鈥檚 5 stars all the way.

I don't know how this company is even in business ... If dropping the ball and continually giving false information was a great way to do business this place is for you. Do yourself a favor don't walk in the door!!! Please don't tell me your very sorry about this situation At Lowe鈥檚, you do not pride yourselves on professional workmanship and reliability on every or any job. You don't know how important it is to get your project done right. Customer service is not your top priority.
