Alex from flooring was knowledgeable, very professional and most importantly courteous. Flood was bad, however the new tile floor and drywall repairs as well as painting will look great. Pics are before we started the repairs.

The staff there are helpful and knowledgeable. However there are too few of them so finding help can be a challenge. Product availability is still not what it used to be but pretty good. Checking online for what is in stock is advisable, also there is the option online to order an item to pick up at the store at no charge.

Went in for shower fixtures and Doug was awesome. Took us right to where we needed to go and showed us the options that would help us best. Great service, super nice. Will definitely return to this location đź‘Ť

We needed to replace our back door. If you want an example of the perfect customer service representative, we’ve ever experienced at Lowe’s go see David in the Door section he was amazing. We travel quite a bit so finding a time to match schedules was hard. We finally found a matching time and he made the process flawless and found us the best deal possible. If you need a new door for your house GO see David.

So impressed! I am a new plant mom and Dwayne helped me choose plants and potting mix. I truly appreciated the education about various plants/ plant care. I felt like a neighbor/ friend rather than “just a customer.” Would highly recommend this Lowe’s location!

You know what makes super fantastic customer service? Gaslighting your customers. This used to be a great store, but it has catapulted itself off of a cliff recently. Most recently, we ordered a microwave online. We measured carefully and the microwave that would fit best wasn’t available in store. The store ordered it for us. So we waited, and waited, and waited past the two week delivery estimate. When the microwave finally arrived, we brought it home and put it on the shelf, only to find that the size dimensions listed online did not take into account that there is a plug that is quite bulky. When the discrepancy was brought to the stores attention, we were informed that we would need to pay a 20% restocking fee for an item that had never been used and included all of the original packing and protective film. The GM of the store, proceeded to try to make us feel guilty for their company’s mistake. Mind you, she was looking at the invoice for this $180 microwave that also included over $2000 worth of other merchandise. Was it really worth it? As if that wasn’t enough, the store just called to change our delivery window, that had been confirmed two days prior, for the rest of our items. When I explained that I had taken off work for the confirmed delivery window, the scheduler could not have cared less. Tip: 4 Home Depot stores within 10 minutes of this store. ACE Hardware is even closer. Worth the drive.
One of these is not like the other 🙄 We live in the mountains we ordered this awhile ago and just recently installed. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I would like a call in this.

This Lowes and all Lowes stores have terrible customer service. I have spent 3 hours today on the phone with them without clear answers. All customer service reps were rude and not helpful. Save yourself the headache and go to home depot.

Went there to check out carpet and the two male employees were just sitting and looking at the computer. Had some questions but seems like we were not there. They had some carpet we were interested in buying but again no help.

Nice and helpful staff. They have good brands if you need more variety than Home Depot. Their appliance prices are very competitive.
