I’ve shopped at Lowe’s for decades and it’s usually a good experience, with the Castle Rock location being no exception. The store is usually well-stocked and has an exceptional variety of items. The only two drawbacks that I’ve experienced recently are that the majority of the plants in the garden area haven’t looked very healthy, to the point of belong anemic, and that it’s fairly difficult to track down someone to help if you have a question or need a hand. Like most American businesses after the COVID pandemic, they’re staffing the bare minimum at the expense of good customer service, which is incredibly disappointing and audacious for a company that rakes in billions annually.

Tried buying a tool box. 20 min to track down the employee. Got it all arranged. Waited 30 min for it to come up front. No communication. The employee was back out on the floor for a while chatting with others wouldnt come near me. Walked out shame cause my next day's off I belive the special will be over. Guess ill end up buying at a higher price at another location

A new hire named Don was absolutely amazing. He also brought in Ryan who answered a ton of my questions about grills. I couldn't believe my luck, I thought, with these two. Then I went to check out with my new smoker. Mary Ann? she was also awesome. suddenly I had not one but 4 people helping me load this 200 lb smoker in a box into my truck. I can't remember the last time I have had a better buying experience at a institution. Misty places are saying they can't find any help? That is because THIS Lows had all the good ones. Thank you for an amazing experience. Even my 10 year old said, " wow dad! They were all super nice and helpful."

Not sure the results yet but I had a riding lawn mower delivered with extreme damage. Due to my work schedule I was unable to call the store till late, manager Troy Taylor did a great job getting back to me well passed closing hours. I’m really thankful for the time and fast response to my issue. This is how to do business. Thanks Troy

Definitely the worst experience ever. Purchased exterior doors and had them install. Every door installed incorrectly, been 9 months and still trying to get fixed. If i could give a 0 that wouldnt be enough. Impossible to get in touch with anyone who is high up if there is anyone. Complete joke. Wish had way to contact regional person.

Dealt with Mike in appliances, and his attitude was really rude to me and my dad. If Mike doesn't like his job, then stay at home. We were very disappointed with Castle Rock Lowes.

I spent an hour in the store looking for what I needed. I finally gave up and went to Home Depot. I found what I needed and was out of there in under 10 minutes.
