I have only been here twice, but each time was so refreshing from other shopping experiences. The saleswomen are friendly and humble and greet you right away. They give lots of options without ever being pushy, and they are knowledgeable about everything the store offers. The dressing rooms are tidy, the lighting and ambiance are comfortable, and I feel very attended to. I feel special. Thank you for your professionalism, your kindness, and your understanding that this girl is NOT a shopper but now a very happy new owner of bras and ‘bra-lettes’ (did I say that right?) that make me feel confident.

Shirley helped this mama get fitted for my first actual bra post children! I haven’t worn a regular bra (just nursing ones for 4 years). She was super helpful with fitting me, finding options based on my lifestyle etc. I also should say she was super patient as I had both my boys with me today too (both under 4 years old). Thanks again I will be back!

I always find it difficult to find a good fit. They fit me after a few tries in some great bras and they weren’t frumpy, they are gorgeous. I’m very pleased, the customer service was exceptional. If you allow yourself to just let the experts help you - the experience will be rewarding.

Super helpful staff. It's priced similar to other stores like it. But the staff here is very helpful. They spent well over 2 hours helping my wife. My children were terrors and the women there were relaxed and kind. The selection is mildly limited, but that's due to the stores size. Overall I was very pleased and the staff was phenomenal​.

One reason I love this store is the staff is so friendly. If you are over 40 or you need lingerie in a size or design that Victoria Secrets doesn’t carry this is the place. I also love their charity work with the women’s shelter. Thank you for your spirit of excellence.
