Awesome and quick service. I showed up early in the morning and didn't have a wait time. I was in and out in about 15-20min. Girl working customer service was awesome and walked through the whole process before, during, and after. Great job guys!

All the staff was friendly and super quick service. Loved that it was all women who work here! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the inside of the Jiffy Lube where I was taken to wait was very run down, and needs a little tender loving care. Other then that, great place!

Everyone was very professional from start to finish. They were very busy and let me know it might take a little longer, but they were done in no time at all. Despite being busy they took the time to explain everything that had been done and made me feel like a valued customer.

I arrived at Jiffy Lube for an oil change. After inspection, my service rep, Ricky, gave me the status of my vehicle and I chose to get the air filter changed and topped off the coolant levels. I also asked for windshield wiper replacement. Ricky was courteous and informative, while discussing costs during the process. This visit was easy and went smooth. Ricky and Chris did a great job in taking care of my vehicle my requests. Great service! Thank you!

My first experience here was great. This last one, not so much. I came in for an oil change which seemed to go quickly and smoothly however they were struggling to get my skid plate back on and had me wait in my vehicle while they finished up. When I went to start my 4runner my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. They told me that the lights “must have been on when I got there” which was untrue. Yes, I got frustrated when they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked to speak with a manager, they hooked up the computer saw the error cleared it then problem solved I could move on with my life. When I arrived at my destination I looked under my vehicle to see that two of the bolts from my skid plate are missing. I understand they were having difficulties putting it back but at least they could have given me the bolts so I could do it myself… now I have to replace two bolts in my skid plate.

Very professional, thorough, friendly and quick!! Top-notch business for a full synthetic oil change. Good price on tire rotation, too. I've tried many places in town for oil changes and in my opinion, these guys are the best.

This location was great. Very honest, not all about the money. My sticker said I was overdue for an oil change by 2 months. I have a 6 month old baby so I really haven't been doing a lot of driving. I had only put on 2800 miles since December and still had 50% oil life. He checked the oil quality and said it was pretty clear, and I did not need my oil changed for another 3,000 miles or so! He said he'd hate to see me pay for something that I don't need especially when everything is so expensive. Thank you!!!

Horrible experience. FIVE staff there and not a one could figure out how to drain the engine oil on my 2015 Acura RDX. It has a quick lever drain valve vs. the typical hex head drain plug. They sent me to the Monument store and it was done without any issues. Actually those techs laughed at the inability of the Briargate store to do it.

Soren was a great guy all around from his knowledge to his personality. You can tell their is chemistry between this team and they help each other Even while slammed they still got the job done and still had time to go over the inspection report with me and mileage recommendations. Will be coming back for sure and all the credit goes to the employees not the big wigs
