Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Nice, clean store with helpful staff. I think they need more staff though. They were all pretty busy. They have paint and the supplies you need to do your project.

I have never been disappointed with Sherwin-Williams products. They are my "go to" store when I need paint.

Store staff is great. Quality seems to be comparable to other paint stores. Paint prices are way too high.

After multiple bad experiences at another Sherwin Williams location I decided to try the Southlands store. Jessica was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I received the paint I needed even though they were out of stock. A day later the paint was ready with no issues. As a busy contractor it was a breath of fresh air to finally get some amazing customer service! Thanks Jessica!!

The employees have a lot more knowledge and are better able to answer questions about paint projects than say Home Depot. There is a limited amount of color choices in comparison, though, but the paint is a great quality and I am excited to finish our project!

As a busy paint contractor, this store is exactly what I need! Fast, helpful and efficient coincides perfectly with my fast paced and growing business! The staff was awesome and the assistant manager was great. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, even at times remembering color codes and numbers off the top of her head. Ultimately helping ease the pain of choosing colors and product for my customer. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone on the south side of town.

Great service. The store was fairly busy on a Saturday and it appeared there was only one person working, however she did a pretty good job of helping everyone as quick as she could. I have been to Sherwin-Williams on a few occasions and they seem to have the most knowledgeable paint staff vs a more general hardware store. They are certainly way more accurate at paint matching. I have a 100% success rate with them on color matching where some of the other stores supplying paint in the area seem to struggle.

Every time I walk into this store I feel like I am loved. The staff work vigorously to supply an endless line of needy customers; yet they do it with grace, style, and patience. I'm proud to say this is one of the best customer-business relationships I have ever had. This store is a model of what can happen when good people execute a good plan. Six stars, highly recommended.

We walked in with no clue on what we needed or how to do it. Jessica got us what we needed and explained how to use everything. Best customer service! I love this store. I buy a lot of paint for home projects and it doesn't matter who waits on you: Everyone does a great job! Best quality paint, too! You get what you pay for. One coat typically covers - don't be fooled by a cheaper paint that takes twice as much to cover@
