I'm truly disappointed with the Sherwin-Williams Parker commercial store. We've had a great history with Sherwin-Williams, so our recent experience was a big letdown. We just wanted to make a simple phone purchase, but the service we got was far from what we expected. It felt like they didn't care about our long-standing relationship at all. They treated us like any other random caller. The person we talked to was not only unprofessional but downright rude. They didn't seem interested in helping us and acted like our questions were a hassle. The worst part was when they hung up on us mid-conversation. I've never had that happen with any business before, especially not with a company like Sherwin-Williams. This whole experience has left us really disappointed in the Sherwin-Williams Parker commercial store. We've always relied on them for quality products and good service, but this time, it was a complete letdown. It makes us question if they truly value their customers or see us as a nuisance. As a company that prides itself on great customer service, we know how important it is. Unfortunately, the Sherwin-Williams Parker commercial store missed the mark entirely. Our experience with the Sherwin-Williams Parker commercial store was far from what we expected. We hoped for better treatment as long-time customers, but we received rudeness and an unexpected hang-up. We hope this feedback helps them improve their customer service, but for now, we're reconsidering our future business with them.

The team of professionals at the store set the bar for the rest. Matt, Dan and the crew no matter how busy they are, are always ready to help you. They also do it with a smile and that is greatly appreciated. This is the only place I’ll be buying paint going forward.

I was very pleased with the service provided at this paint store. I walked in with a very old can of dried-up paint. They greeted me immediately, and had a new batch of paint mixed up in about 10 minutes that matches the old paint perfectly!
The staff was very helpful and gave me exactly what I needed and provide me with the type of paint used for my home.
Very helpful staff. They also will accept old paint you might have, ask instead of just dumping it somewhere!
