Party City

I literally could not be more disappointed with the balloons that we got for my son’s sixth birthday. We’ve been coming to you for many years at this location and clearly we are headed downhill fast. I bought six regular balloons, and a large six for around $25. I paid for the added insert that’s supposed to make the balloons last longer. They pretty much were dead by the morning when we brought him outside to celebrate his birthday.. Typically I have bought balloons from you guys in the last weeks to where you have to consider popping them to get rid of them. Honestly, my son was disappointed by the balloons, and I felt really bad that he walked out to This sad sight. The two photos below show what the balloons look like in the morning. We are now about 48 hours from when I bought them and all but one balloon is deflated and laying on the ground. I would love to hear from the company about what the heck is going on. The final picture is about 48 hours after purchase.

So… 1- Don’t trust Google to give you the correct hours… 2-After a misunderstanding regarding incorrect closing times, I failed to pick up my balloon bouquet. The following day, I spoke with the manger and she agreed to replace the balloons even though they had nothing to do with the misunderstanding. It was a big deal for me and made a huge difference for my son on his birthday.

This location was fantastic. It was the only one within 50 miles that had exactly what I needed, and the two folks working there were kind enough to help track it down even though the item wasn't supposed to be out for sale yet.

Went for a quick trip for my oldest's 18th Bday supplies. I found everything that I needed. The employees were friendly.

Today I visited one of the most friendly, courteous and clean Party City stores ever. The staff is amazing. It was easy to shop I found everything in one place and believe it or not the shelves were stocked. My family and I are making this our store. They even let us know we can order online and there's delivery. WOW.

Went to buy a cake topper for a birthday. They had about 4 things to choose from. If you want candy or balloons you should come here. They also did have plastic plates and such with matching decorations but mostly for kid parties. Was not real impressed. I swear it used to be better.

The male Manager is Hawt I go there just to see him <3 I wonder if he’s single I’ve gotten many things from party city just to speak to this man. He’s very helpful and lovely :) I hope you have an excellent experience like I do :) (male manager at party city hmu)

This place is atrocious. I feel bad for the staff. They clearly have very little training, pathetic leadership, and are extremely short staffed. They are always bogged down on balloon orders, rarely have them ready on time, and when they are ready, they're working on the next orders so you end up waiting forever to get checked out anyway. The staff is very short and snarky each time. I've also lost multiple balloons because they're too lazy to bag orders ahead of time and/or they don't tie the balloons tight enough, then they act like it's your fault when you go back in for replacements. My experience has been so bad everytime that I refuse to accept anymore pickup orders from here. And no, I'm not calling 800PartyCity ha, I have no interest in wasting more of my time on a pointless phone call that can in no way resolve the problem. You want to solve the problem? Hire more staff, pay them better so they take more pride in their work, train them better and establish better procedures. Business is pretty simple and considering you're the only balloon type facility around, you think you'd take more pride in your work.

This was an awful experience. 3 styles of birthday card for significant other no helium so you have exactly one choice of balloon. Only one wrapping paper for birthday. Far superior selection for birthday at Walgreens

The staff was amazing and friendly. While walking out the wind picked up and lost a balloon and staff replaced it with out being asked for free.
