Party City

After I was told that they did not have any black lights, by the young lady that was working the front said, "that's not something we carry, and never have, sorry". I went and looked for myself (because I found that hard to believe at a party store) and I found over 30 of them, readily available for purchase. Shortly after, my five year old daughter had to use the restroom. We walked to the back of the store, where the restrooms were located, and they were locked. I went back up front and asked the same young lady if we could get the code to the bathrooms because my daughter really had to go. She stated, "sorry it's our company’s policy that our customers cannot use the restrooms, we have too many homeless people around here." I then asked her, "it's your company's policy that paying customers are not allowed to use the restroom?". She then stated "yes, but you can go to target if she really has to go that bad". Very Unprofessional. They did have the black lights at a decent deal though so that’s why I gave 2 stars.

We were in Denver for an appointment and need to get some decorations for my youngest baptism. We were able to get in and find what I was looking for!!! You guys definitely made it easy on me without having to run around. Thank you

Came in for birthday balloons. Two workers barely any line. One was helping to ring up customers and blow up balloons… The other standing around looking at people, while being on the phone. I had to wait on the the lady to help ring customers. Before she could even start on my balloon order. Slowest service I’ve ever gotten. Item I needed was available that’s why I gave two stars.

The closest party city to my home & the only place I go to for every occasion. My balloon bouquets are always the center of attention. Thank You

They have a lot of options for your party. They are trying by younger kids though so you end up waiting a bit. Apparently you can no longer walk in and order balloons for immediate pick up. You must pre-order them for a later date. So keep that in mind.

Need more people in the front to help cash out, but other than this, employees are very helpful n friendly.

I came in for a 40th birthday balloon bouquet. The first girl was horrible! The young man, I believe his name was Jonathan was fantastic! Really knows how to utilize his customer service skills. Super nice guy. Thank you! Did a great job on bouquet.

What kind of party store doesn't sell to from tags for their gift bags

It was okay. They had very limited options and the outfits are very low quality. I would not recommend going here for a Halloween costume because they are easily ruined simply by putting them on. Not to mention a lot of The stuff at party City is very expensive for very low quality stuff. I could go on Amazon and buy something way better. A lot of stuff you have there with jewels on it or things like that are literally glued on with a hot glue gun. You didn't even try.

A nice hot day to get out and just do a little party shopping
