I’ll be pulling all of my prescriptions from this pharmacy. They’ve had a script for an antibiotic for 2 days but didn’t fill it until I called them. Why do I need to call you to tell you to do your job when my doctor has already sent it over to you? I might as well clock in and get paid for having to manage y’all. Honestly it’s ridiculous. The main pharmacist is really nice and helpful but the rest of the staff is pretty incompetent. Had a refill and a new RX called in by my doctor at the same time. One was filled one was not. I need both of these medications to get better. It’s not a good look to mess with meds that people need. Disappointed to say the least.

Sometimes there is a wait due to high customer volume but they work hard to meet the demand.

Literally the worst pharmacy staff ever. They have no idea what customer service actually means. Asked them to call a different pharmacy to have my Rx transferred to this pharmacy and the guy basically told me that wasn’t his job. And then when I called to see if my Rx was filled the lady replied with “when we get to it.”

I switched health insurance a couple months ago and have had a tough time getting prescriptions filled at 4 other pharmacies over the past few weeks until today when Johnny Huynh at S.Havana location took care of me quick and easy. Thanks Johnny!

Had a "precious lady" race to invite herself in front of me at the pharmacy line when I was clearly there first, so the experience started off on the wrong foot, especially since I was looking deathly ill. (I would've gone to Costco which seems to have more polite shoppers, but their pharmacy was closed). However, the employee at the pharmacy desk was amazing. It was clearly getting toward the end of her shift, but she went out of her normal line of work to be extra helpful. I was a little out of it due to feeling so ill, but she made sure to get my insurance located/updated without any help from me, and made sure that I purchased the best items for my conditions. She provided perfect substitutions for out of stock items, and took the time to help me understand a slightly complicated medicine schedule. She also made sure to enter my Safeway number before I finished checking out. The employee also was very empathetic and caring, despite probably being very tired after a long shift dealing with people. She rushed the order even though I didn't ask. She made me feel special and gave me a perfect and professional experience. All while helping multiple people at the same time. I don't look forward to being sick again, but I definitely look forward to Park's knowledge and service! Safeway make sure you do what you need to, to keep her. Fantastic employee!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Short wait times on the phone and in-person. Automatic refills are also convenient. I transferred all of my RXs here because I am so impressed with their service.

Terrible. Not sure how they ever got anything thing over a star. Never had a good experince here. Poor customer service and zero warmth. no sense of needing or wanting your business. Came to pick up a script that was called in the middle of the night after spending all night at the ER....they never bothered to check there voice mail...I figured that would be urgent!..made me wait while they did...then with no concern or compassion said id have to wait another hour for it or come back later...its emergency flu meds.......mean while my sons at home feeling like he Dieing a slow death....we already already waited all night and I gave them extra time after they opened...this is just the most recent terrible experience ive had. There's been many....and I don't come often....

I am in from out of town, needed a refill. By the time everything was switched it was 540 when I got to pharmacy. They had just gotten Rx and had not filled. The pharmacist was by herself and was so nice ti get my rx filled right before closing! Thank you JP!
