Adam was so amazing he went above and beyond my expectations. We came in with a business issue we needed fixed fast for minimal cost. He not only helped us solve the issue but also helped us find an affordable solution. He even got them printed same day for us! Such a life saver will be back!

They are thieves!!! Do not use them. They changed me $10 for 2 black and white copies!! Then they charged me another 60 cents. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to listen, wouldn't let me talk, and just interrupted and overtalked me. It is not a charge that will fall off my account like he is claiming. It is not a pending transaction. It has actually hit my accout just like the 60 cents. They refuse to refund it at all. They are nothing but thieves!!

Above and beyond service with packages that were unique and precious to me. Riley and Amber made magic HAPPEN for me and it truly helped me feel at ease with shipping my pieces out! Informative, creative problem solvers, and a quick and easy experience!

I went in to get something printed, but had to save it from a web page and wasn't sure how to save to attach to an email. I tried to explain this, but they just kept shoving a little card with instructions how to print and asking weird questions about what kind of form or something, I didn't really understand what they were asking. They were not at all interested in trying to help. I went to UPS and they were able to get the document printed for me with no issues.

Fire Adam. He was rude, unprofessional and curt. Taking my 15 year account out of your system and signing up at UPS today. Please avoid this location at all costs!! They will over charge you and dispute you tooth and nail if you try to let them know that you know better.

I love love love this FedEx location! Everyone is SO friendly and does an amazing job! I’ve never met a more friendly bunch of coworkers. They go above and beyond to ask and explain things. I started coming in often to drop off packages from my little “side hustle” and they always help me out. It has been nice to get to know Taylor, Daisy, Jordan, Mary, Zan, and Adam. They are so nice to talk to. Thank you for always being so wonderful on an everyday basis! Keep up the amazing work!

Wait time was not horrible but did take a bit especially when other customers came in trying to go to a different desk for help when the line we were all in was the only one. Mary was great and very detailed in her work. Appreciated her help greatly!!
