    If UPS is going to advertise that they do passport photos then the store should do them. Ended up getting my photos done at the FEDEX store on College and 29th. I highly recommend them for that

    I’ve lost over $100 to this store for Amazon returns not being processed correctly and getting “lost”. They told me they couldn’t give me a receipt, even when requested which doesn’t make any sense. So frustrating.

    Amazon returns are processed by the hundreds each day. If it was a Postal Service return, we cannot give receipts. We recommend that you take it to the post office or take a photo of the label. If it was an Amazon QR code, we supply the receipt at the time. If it was a past return we have no record of those as all our manifests are closed and signed for at the end of the day. We cannot reprint past receipts. After we scan the items, it is all handled by Amazon. You can contact them at 1-888-280-4331, and they should be able to assist you.

    The store was starting to get a little busy when I arrived, Angel was working hard and addressed everyone who came in (that was so nice!) and then he called me over, completed the transaction in a fraction of a second, and was ready to help the next person. I was impressed how helpful AND friendly my experience with Angel was, best and fastest trip I've ever made to a UPS store. Thank you!

    Please disregard some of the negative reviews. I have had a mailbox at this location for 7+ years, and Julie and the staff are always very cordial, professional and fantastic. Yes, it gets a little busy at this location, but I have always been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. They do a wonderful job in handling the numerous customer requests. Put yourself in their shoes people, and have some common courtesy when you walk into a business. I go here 3-4 times each week, and there's always one or two customers that are inconsiderate and rude to the staff. This is a great store!

    Shout out to Angel, who was not only Helpful with my packages today, but his positive energy and upbeat vibe recharged me for the day. I hate Saturday errands and he is the most top notch customer service employee I have come across in a long time. Make sure he knows he is a value to ups!

    When you feel like someone is taking advantage of you, believe that feeling!! Cielo was “helping” me tonight. I went into UPS to ship a gift to a friend. Cielo tried to charge me $80 to ship this package. $50 for shipping, and $30 for the box. In the past, I have sent the same package with UPS for $35. I knew she wasn't doing her job correctly, and when I mentioned the cost, she literally stared at me - you know the look, it’s like “and what do you want me to do?” and she then yelled to the back, “She don’t want it. She don’t want it.” So, I took my goods and went to FedEx, and they charged me $36.40. The charge included the box and shipping. I doubt I’ll return to this location.

    We are sorry you felt it was a bad experience. We were in the process of packing the sign to give to the driver who was waiting as we were getting ready to close, so she wanted us to know you weren't going to ship it. We have a lot of new employees, and she was going by our packing and shipping standards. For the box, materials, and service, it was that price. If it were already packaged it would have been about the same as Fed Ex to ship. She was not taking advantage of you in any way. The manager, owner, and another employee were also nearby and we would have helped if you expressed your concerns.

    Everyone’s awesome there ! I love coming in when it’s the 3 girls working I don’t go as much but when I do I go Saturdays since the two new girls started because they all work together and it’s awesome service ! The manager is amazing at fixing mistakes/ proving help (she’s brunette) and other new girls are just super good at what they do (blonde girl) last time I was in latina girl (and I say latina because I heard her speak Spanish but don’t know her name, she has black hair)she’s very nice and patient with elders. You guys work as a team which is amazing ! Thank you for your service .

    They were busy and I had a couple of Amazon returns. I’ve never had an issue before, even when they were busy. I walked up to the counter with my phone, but I wasn’t in the Amazon app. Employee said, “you let me know when you’re ready” and walked away from the counter to around back. After I took the 20 seconds it took to bring up my scan code, I spoke out that I was ready. He wandered back up and scanned that code and said “next”...and proceeded to act impatient as I spent another 10 seconds navigating to my next return scan code. Then he accidentally pushed my wallet off the counter, but said nothing. He set my second receipt down and said, “Next,” for the next customer. And I say that lightly, because I didn’t feel like a welcomed or respected “customer.” They are quick and efficient, but that certain employee could sure trying be LESS RUDE!

    As I stand there waiting to be assisted with a simple Amazon return I see 4 associates, 2 socializing and 2 assisting customers. Frustrating and unprofessional

    I apologize for your experience. We have two registers and they were both in use. The associates were not socializing, one was assisting another associate with his transaction and the other was working on pre closing. We get people in and out as quickly as we can, but can only do so much. When people are shipping or other processes, some do take time. We appreciate patience. Amazon returns are typically simple, but there are many other services we offer that require attention as well.

    The worst experience I've ever had with a shipping company! I received an email letting me know my package had a ride. Was strange because I was home and did not receive a knock on the door or a ring on the doorbell. Needless to say I did not receive my package like the email stated and UPS made it seem like it was my fault and it's my responsibility to prove to them that I had not received the package that they said was delivered. If possible I would recommend going with anyone else but UPS
