DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

This place is okay. They have a ton of shoes. I docked a star because they couldn't order me a pair of Adidas that they had in stores but I needed in a different size. Also, I had a $20 off of $99 spent coupon and I spent $150 in the store but they only gave me $10 off because Nikes are an exclusion. Also, the line took forever!!!!!

Great staff and good sales. It's like any other DSW where the selection leans trendier so depending on the season or style you may find less "classic" looking shoes.

Helped my sister pick out sandals. Expensive gave us a coupon to use by the end of the month. I think their coupons should last longer.

Nice selection of shoes for the family. The store carries athletic, casual and dress shoes. Prices are good and I can normally find something I like. Staff is available but normally cleaning up/ stocking shelves or doing curbside/ online orders.

Love DSW. Huge selection of shoes for all occasions plus purses & socks. Always check the clearance racks as I've found multiple shoe 👞 & boot 👢 treasures.

I love shoes, so this place is like sacred ground for me. It's huge and all kinds of shoes, as far as the eye can see. BUT. As far as I can tell, there's no coherent layout. You got boots and sandals mixed in with slippers and heels. They aren't sorted by designer or even size, really. This is fine when I'm just blowing money I don't have, but when I've got a clear goal in mind, say, a boot for winter, it's incredibly frustrating. Better off shopping online.
