Manager was awesome. I got in my car when done and found I couldn’t get out of my car because the handle had broke. I brought it up to them and they were willing to help me get it fixed somewhere and were very reasonable. I was able to fix it myself quickly and I’m not entirely sure if it was their fault. But since it happened there they were willing to take responsibility and fix the matter. Much respect to you guys!

After ordering online a week earlier, they didn't actually have the tires for my appointment ruined my plans for my only day off. I was hoping that would be the last of it. 2 days later a TPMS sensor stops working. Another trip over there the next weekend and "we can connect to it with our fancy little tool, you'll have to take it to the dealership". So because I took my truck to get tires here, not only am I inconvenienced by a system that lies about having tires in stock and their inability to ship them from 1 hour away in a matter of 7 days. I still have to spend a few hundred more dollars at a dealership to fix a truck that was fine before they put their hands on it. I've been getting multiple tires a year, for work and personal vehicle for a decade at discount tire stores. This is the time I never come back.

Went above and beyond to help me out! Person who serviced the car was great and the customer service is truly amazing! They are very friendly and do an amazing job of letting you know what your car needs done to it. Great service !

I was waiting for a flat repair and I'm a people watcher, and I must say that every single employee/customer interaction has been extremely professional and friendly. I was initially helped by Levi who was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy with the services and products he suggested. I have visited Discount locations down in Denver and get good service down there but this one up here in Greeley really impressed me. I did have a bit of a wait here but I chalk that up to being a walk in, but still the wait was only about 75 min. Good job guys!

They were very fast and professional. They answered all the questions I had and even though the tire I wanted wasn't in stock they got it there the same day. They also were able to price match when I found the tire cheaper. The store was very clean and spotless.

I have been going to Discount Tires for years, almost always a fantastic experience. My last 2 out of 3 experiences were very poor. 1. Brighton Discount Tires took advantage of my 76 year old mother a few months ago. 2. This Greeley location, needs to better train their staff on what 4/32 and 3/32 really means. How Discount Tires views 4/32 in their own tests, how the state views 4/32 (2/32 being the legal limit) and how the tire manufactures view when tires need to be replaced. 3. I have always purchased my tires from this store, but after an annoying encounter, I did go to another Discount Tires. I know they are all corporate owned, but I couldn't bring myself to purchase from this store again.

The service was quick and some on time. The only complaint I would have is... I ordered 4 new tires online to get them installed there. Not sure I need someone to explain to me that the tires currently on the car should be replaced soon. I was aware of that fact and purchased the tires to be replaced. Felt like it was just mansplaining to my wife because she was there. He even went over to the charts to explain that the tires we were replacing should be replaced.

I've bought 3 sets of tires from Discount and had more patched or replaced. My last 2 trips the salesmen have been getting more and more pushy. I can rotate my own tires and patch holes myself. Ive been doing it for 17 years. I come here still to have those services done because it's faster and more convenient to have them do it and I don't mind paying for the convenience. This last trip after inspecting tires on a spare vehicle I drive for work (my truck is currently in shop waiting on parts) the salesman attempted to guilt trip me into buying a new set of tires. "These tires are too old. They're worn too much. Some family on the road shouldnt have to take this risk." LOL! After that didn't work and informing him I had a patch kit and/ or a spare set of wheels at home I could install myself he informed me he could do the patch but there was no guarantee he could put the tire back "in case they might find something unsafe with the tire." Ok, I get your game. You'd like the opportunity to put my vehicle on your lift, pull the wheel and inform me I need to buy tires from you or you won't release my vehicle for "safety reasons". After telling him thanks but no way he tried all the salesman gimmicks: "I can give you a discount on a used set. Maybe the tires ok after all" As stated previously, I'm a repeat customer at this location. This isn't a 1 time in & out beef. Now I won't be back at all. They're more focused on making a one time sale than retaining a customer. I pulled and patched the tire myself and included pictures of the "potentially unsafe" tire in the review.

My family and I have used this Discount Tire for years and have always been happy with their honesty and professionalism. I've had numerous times when I'm brought my vehicle expecting to need a new tire only to be told it was okay or could just be repaired instead. I've also appreciated how as a female I'm treated well which is rarely the case when dealing with automotive places.
