Big O Tires

John G was awesome. I came in w low tire pressure and felt ignorant on the appropriate air pressure on a hot day. He was kind and courteous and quickly checked tire pressure and found a nail. I’m grateful I stopped. Big O got us in quickly and did an inspection of fluids and the basics without me even asking. I would definitely come back. Thank you to John G and Joe for their efficient and friendly service. I will definitely come back when I need to service my car.

My experience with Big O tires was absolutely excellent. They were efficient and cost effective and all of them were extremely helpful. Their employee Joe was so wonderful and he helped me out so much. Highly recommend!!

Had to get new air in tires and the guys here were so helpful, checking my tires for if there was a leak, refilling them all, resetting the Low Tire Pressure symbol. They went above and beyond and Colin especially was helpful, super nice guy and went the extra mile for me which I really appreciate. If you need to use a Big O, the Boulder location is the one to go to.

Richard, Alan and Justin were amazing to work with. I was on a hike in Boulder and got a flat while driving down the mountain on a Saturday afternoon. They were able to completely fix the situation with less than 30 minutes in their work day. I’m so incredibly thankful for these guys and would recommend this specific location to anyone in the area!

I have come here a few times since moving to Boulder and each time has been a very easy experience. Marc is very nice and always helpful and John did a great job on my most recent oil change, very fast as usual! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

John and David were kind, professional, and super courteous throughout my visit! I’ve always gone to Big O when my tire air pressure is low or needs adjustment, and John and David were especially knowledgeable, taking the time to educate me as to what they were doing with my tires while they were working on them. I am very grateful that Big O offers this free service and you can bet I’ll bring any other needs my car might have to them in the future!

Showed up for a tire rotation and alignment check. John G. was the tech that assisted with my service. He did a full check on my vehicle. He was great at communicating with me throughout the process. John G. and the entire staff were great and super friendly! Would 100% recommend this location.

This review is long overdue! I have nothing but great things to say about Big O on Valmont! Brought my daughter’s car there on a couple of occasions and the customer service has been wonderful. Most recently - beginning of June - Norman was the representative that helped me. He went above and beyond to try to get all new tires replaced for a reasonable price - provided all options - and made sure I was able to get out in a reasonable amount of time as I was on a time crunch! I highly recommend this location. And thank you Norman for your excellent customer service!

I've worked with other locations around CO, and was never compelled to give any kind of review for "average" service, but this location rocked! They were fast, friendly, and knowlegable about their services, and what my vehicle required. I know that should be expected, but everyone here did an awesome job and I will be doing my all future business here :-)

I went here for my first time and I was sooo impressed with the service and how nice and helpful they were! I walked in at the end of the day when they easily could have turned me away, but they fixed my flat, gave me free bottle of water and I was on my way! I want to say big thank you to Marc and Damon. They were awesome!!!
