Honestly very disappointed. We have (for years) taken all of our cars to this specific location. Even when we get a new car- we take it to get the package on it where they rotate them and when the time comes for new tires there has never been a hesitation of where to go. Today they actually told us we didn’t purchase the tires there (when clearly the account showed that we did) and then told my son that he had to buy 4 new ones that the flat wasn’t fixable. (It was) They even tried to talk him into a credit card! (He’s 17). As soon as an adult showed up and fought for what was right they finally backed down. Absolutely the worst service. Will not go to this location EVER again. Huge disappointment. I’ll drive further and get real customer service.

Extremely disappointed with this location. My wife had a slow leak with one of her tires. No one came to assist until she was about to leave, and even then the experience for her was so poor. Wouldn't even check the tire pressure and said she needed 4 new tires because the front ones were cupped. The rears were at 75% or higher. Not sure if it was laziness or trying to make a sale but the situation was a big let down.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul today. I am very impressed by the level of service provided. He explained everything very clearly and made my experience enjoyable. I was able to get back on the road in less than an hour. Glad to see chivalry is not dead.

I was only there to get a tire punch repaired. They didn't even charge me a penny to fix it. From the looks of compared to other tires stores this is a busy place. The service was quick and easy. Certainly a good place to bookmark to visit tire issues around Thornton.

There was a lady there that has been relying on this place for years. She has been very loyal to this shop. I overheard that they over torqued her lugs and they are sending it to another shop bc they messed it up so bad. I went to get my other keys to my car and I took my tire off and gave it to them to work on. I just had a screw in my tire. I will not let them over torque my lugs. That’s why I only go to dealers.

Taken both my vehicles here that both had nails in their tires. Scheduled the appointments night before online and the next day they took me in right on the dot of my scheduled time. Great customer service and they're very quick and thorough. Drew helped me out both times, very friendly and informative. Once the tires wear out on my cars, I'll be taking my business here for new tires! Thanks again!

Always get good service here. Had an appointment the other day and Ramon was very helpful, took a lot of time to talk with me, and did not pressure me to but anything expensive. I’ll be back whenever I need tire services.

Josh and his team were great. They were willing to fix the other stores' laziness and lack of willingness to do the job. All tires were ordered, and this location was great to deal with Josh, the manager, and his team were amazing 👏 👌 🙌 😀
