Gretchen who works here told me that it would only be 40 cents per mile extra charge over the standard 98 miles given when you rent a truck. She was wrong and I was charged $1 per mile more, paying alot more than what I thought I would pay. I complained to customer service and nothing was done. Absolutely terrible to mislead customers about extra charges and then not right the wrong. Make sure you triple check what you are actually being charged.

3209 W 10th St, Greeley, CO 80634..this u haul has the worst person answering the phone. She was rude and unhelpful. I have used uhaul my whole life and d not recommend this location. How hard is is to rent stuff over the phone? Goind to a different rental place...she did do me that favor

Don't use Uhaul, they overcharged us $101 and when we disputed it they just hung up on us, they are crooks!

Whatever you do, take your business elsewhere. Lady at the desk is extremely rude and disrespectful

The female receptionist was no only rude but unhelpful the place smell like sewer. don't waste your time or money in this place
