Got here around 11 no one was there waited an hour still no body. Yesterday I was there the lady working was wonderful. hopefully you can hire more people in so there's always someone there. So far we have seen about 5 different people check the door other than us.

During my forty plus years of dealings of all sorts related to home ownership, moving multiple times, etc., I’ve never been treated better. Kim was fantastic to work with and treated me like family. Definite 5 Star treatment!

Kim was amazing!!!! She was VERY helpful & professional. Rates were very reasonable-we had to reschedule our rental & she had already closed the store but saw us in the parking lot & took care of us. Definitely will be using this location’s services again. Plus, the interior is so nice, best uhaul place I’ve been to so far.

Not recommended. Less than 24 hours before we were to pick up our reserved U-Haul truck, I was informed that the truck we reserved was no longer available. There was another truck with 25% less capacity we could use. No discount offered or apology. Poor customer service. U-Haul has become the Frontier Airlines of the rental industry. The customer is only a number... The U-Haul app is also a poor performer.

Kim is terrific. Very helpful in making sure she met all of our needs with supplies and truck. She's a delight to work with. I'd highly recommend this location for any of your moving or storage needs.

I thought I just left a rating here? Oh well! Had a little trouble getting a truck (the first one had a check engine light on) but they settled me up with a new one in no time! Thanks so much!
