U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I would not recommend this U-Haul dealer nordy's storage unit facility. The employee name is Christian is very rude . My time for returning the truck was 11 a.m. I called the facility right before 11 and informed Christian I may be a couple minutes late it's so happened I was not late but he told me he closed at 10am and I will be charged a convenience fee of $20. Because I was not there by 10am. I tried to explain to him my paperwork said 11am. He argued with me and said I was supposed to be there at 10 am not knowing he closed at 10am. Several times I tried to explain what my paperwork said and he was not going to accept that. I return the U-Haul in better condition than what I received it in. I made sure I took all the photos that were expected. He reported that I returned truck dirty and no fuel was replaced. Which both were not true statements. He charged me additional $59.60. i called U-Haul up and they refunded my money as I explained everything to them.

Absolutely amazing service, came through after another U-Haul place left us hanging!!! Bent over backwards to make sure we had what we needed! Definitely

I rent a cargo van on 4/28/23 I have an appointment at 3:30pm and I have to wait outside for 20 minutes because the store was close, I get charge fot extra 20 miles and I return the van the nex day around 10:00 am and my recipe says I retun the van at 3:30pm. I just drive 5 miles for times I check the distance before start driving every time I'm an uber driver and I hold a CDL license I know my miles. I dont understand why I get charge 20 extra miles I don't think the people on charge of that location are honest. I just drove from 6200 W 10th st greeley co 80634 to 2400 47th ave greeley colorado 80634,lowes 4 times each time less than 5 miles

Uhaul told us to deliver our empty trailer to this place. When I got there on Saturday morning, the guy that was there told me I couldn't leave it there cause he was full. There was plenty of room to unhook it, but he wouldn't let me. And he said he was closed, which his hours and the sign on the door said he was not. I had to take it to a uhaul on the east side of Greeley. When I got to the uhaul on the east side of Greeley, the VERY nice lady said he has been sending trailers there all day. I would suggest not renting a uhaul from this place. I would only rent from the place at 522 10th street, MUCH better place!!!

Worst communication ever. Was bounced around between three different uhaul places in town. No one told us we needed to download the uhaul app to self service. Then we arrived at this location and there was no reservation even though I had talked to three different people about this reservation at this address.

The dude working the desk was extremely unprofessional & rude. (Shorter hair, beard, wears glasses) Has zero customer service skills. The reason I couldn’t rent a U-Haul was because he was too lazy to take off his phone case bc his camera is cracked. “It messes up the water proof feature”.. Laughable experience

They were very helpful and professional. I would definitely use this location again

FABULOUS! Customer Service by Corey, U-Haul's Greatest Asset. My daughter is relocating from Colorado to Alabama, we are taking a truck and transporting trailer. Picking up on two different days, Corey's time and knowledge is priceless, never fear when Corey's near :)

Great service, we went in to see if we could pick up the truck early and we were told that it was still out and due back 30 minutes before we were to pick it up but this guy worked with us and let us pick up a different truck and so we didn't have to worry about the wait or worry about the other renter bringing the truck back. Great customer service!

This dude is incredibly disrespectful and I'm honestly surprised he's still in business. We've never been treated this poorly from any uhal company and we've lived here for 20 years and have moved 5 times. Always used Uhal. Never again with this company though.
