Tiffany was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! She was super polite and helped to reduce my anxiety in regard to driving the truck I reserved as I have never driven an actual truck before. I love that this place operates as an independent local business. I highly recommend renting from here! :)

Again I'm not a fan of those who do not answer the phone during business hours.

I cannot believe how amazing the help here was. We had multiple problems with the app and on-line services, but the customer service at Our Little Shop was wonderful. The attendant was not only incredibly professional and helpful, but was also wonderfully nice. He made our day so much easier, I can't recommend this location enough! Five stars and much love

Scheduled uhaul 2 months in advance, got there morning of to find out my reservation had been canceled 30 minutes before and I was out of luck for a uhaul. Shady business here, cancelled uhaul with no reason and then lied about canceling it

I had a truck reserved for 5:30 in the morning and had everything planned around that. The truck was there but the store forgot to set it up for 24 hour pickup, and then wouldn't answer their phone even during normal business hours. They are awful at their jobs

Do not come here to get a Uhaul! The lady working in the front desk lied to me about adding insurance to the UHaul. I called the 1800 number to confirm if they added it but they confirmed she did not yet she charged me for it. Also she was trying to charge double the price on Uhauls. They were extremely rude from the get go. These people are super sketchy how they do things I am surprised Uhaul allows them to represent them.

The owner is very rude and has horrible customer experience.They sell expired food and won't let you return items or even exchange them. He rips people off and take advantage of them as well. Everything is over priced and the owner is very demeaning. I was very upset by the way I was treated especially by the owner.

Was told I still owed $3 after paying online before pick up..no big deal. That is until "Sam" tried running my card. I got notification that a charge of $103 was being made on my card. I declined it and asked again his much I owed he said $3. My brother question him about thatbecause he could see on the the screen he had $103. When I called late to verify everything he just said he'd fix it later. No sir. You will fix it now. Seemed like he was trying to get more out of me than I owed. Avoid tgis place for uhaul rentals.

I spoke to Bizay on the phone and procured a 10ft truck. I went in the next morning to pay and pick it up. He was having trouble with the computer so his brother took over. He told me that they did not have a truck for me. I had ppl waiting to load my truck! It was a total mess. I will Never use Uhaul again!

Can't speak about this business, but don't use Uhaul, they are flat out crooks. Use Penske or Budget
