Dollar Tree

This store needs new management! Too frequently, during normal working hours, they don't open the store at all and just put a handwritten sign on the door saying they are closed for the day. They post store closes at 9pm yet they lock their doors well before 8:45 pm. Tonight 3 individual customers plus myself were locked out before 9 pm but the staff showed no interest in increasing sales for the day and refused to let any of us in. Is management compensation not linked to store sales?

Manager Britney handled an issue with an unrecognized charge on my receipt in the most patient, respectful, and professional way. This was while the cashier Merissa yelled profanity at me with unprofessional behavior in a store filled with customers. With this attitude I feel she’s putting staff and customers in harms way because it could potentially provoke someone to violent behavior.

So rude!!!!! Scanned my items as he was talking to someone. Trying to scan next customer when I'm standing there waiting for him to push the button so my credit card to go through. Then hands me my receipt "here" he stated. What happened to hi, welcome, thank you? I will NEVER return to this store and I will be sure to tell family and friends to avoid it!!!!

The staff tries here, but they are usually so understaffed it is hard for them to keep up with the flow of people and still get product on shelves. I think of they got more people to work in the store it would be a while lot better, but it makes me tired seeing how hard they make their employees work.

The manager is not friendly to everyone I asked to use the restroom and if a key was needed , a question I knew the answer to yet instead I was lied to and told no public restroom that's no T Dollar Tree policy also another Latina hacustomer just walked out of the restroom clearly a friend this is not okay I put my items down and walked out

Wonderful store! Friendly & helpful staff! Always changing inventory, so fun to see what is available the day I'm shopping.

Usually has what I need in stock although alot of things have been not on the shelves lately. I do like what they carry. Alot of cool things for so much less money.

I simply love this store! I like getting some of the candy and gum to keep on hand for the kids in my neighborhood. Some really good stuff here. Still doing more than good even with everything else shutting down.

I am extremely disappointed in this store. I usually shop here all of the time. I was in the store trying to pay with rolled coins.. which has never been an issue before. The manager, Jennifer, told me that she couldn’t accept my payment and that I had to return the next day because she was the only one there (there were more employees around) I told her that I didn’t mind her helping other customers so that she could weigh the $16 (2- dime rolls & 3 nickel rolls). I was able to notice that she was having a rough day and I was trying to be as understanding as possible since this store seems to always be understaffed. Jennifer told me I make “$70,000 a year and I’m not paying with coins” She then proceeded to tell me that I should “lose some weight”. She took out her bad day on me.. I advised her to find a job that could make her happy. I was embarrassed in front of other customers because I’m a single mom that was just trying to pay with coins. My daughter was present but that didn’t stop Jennifer from continuing her hateful rant. I also wonder if it was because I am a POC? She was not helpful whatsoever and she is management? I could not believe that she behaved the way that she did towards my daughter and I. Please don’t shop here… save yourself the headache.
