Dollar Tree

Came to this dollar tree this evening on 8/27. It was about 0845. The doors were locked. I called and told the "manager" I was at the door. He said they were closed. I told him it was 845 and I was outside, he said they were closed. Asked him his name because he was very rude, then he hung up on me. So whatever manager closed this evening, please address this. Hopefully corporate will now know they lock customers out before closing time.

I usually love this store, but I’m really upset they didn’t honor their signage. Cashier called over manager and she didn’t believe that the sign said $2.50 for the faux plant. I went back to check the sign and took a photo. It was on sale!

For being a Colfax business, I think this store is doing great! By far one of the largest Dollar Tree locations I have been to. Awesome selection of event cards and food. I haven’t had any issues with people being weird or mean here.

If I can rate - 100 stars, I would. I went to this store back by the end of July with my mom. I wanted to get a few school supplies and some other stuff. Inside, I noticed I forgot the list in the car, so I went to get it. My mom stayed at the store with our cart. When I came back, the 2 horrible managers and the cashier accused me of robbery. One of them, followed me to my car and took a picture of my licence plate. They were so disrespectful and threaten me to call the police. I tried to talk to them in a good manner but they were not even looking at me and laughed at the situation! By that time, I had enough and I called the police and talked loud enough inside the store, so everyone knew what was happening. Long story short, after the police called me back, they said that they never received a call from these "ladies". I feel they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm Hispanic and they might have thought I wouldn't understand them. This was an awful experience and I will never go back to that store ever again! I meant to write this review before but it's better now than never! I took some pictures of one of the "managers" and the the other manager's husband that was trying to talk to me and then he hid under a pillar. They were all a bunch of cowards once they saw I defended myself of this injustice.

I really hate to have to leave this review as I know the manager however I've tried to call over there and I can't get anyone to answer the phone and now it's busy all the time I don't have time for this I have a life. I was in last evening and a gentleman if you can call him that named Chris was a very rude to me I've never been treated like that in Dollar Tree I've always had a positive experience however this was the worst visit of my life why these people are hired I have no idea but if you want a positive reflection on your company get rid of the guy Chris. I don't know that I'll ever go in that store again I use Alameda and Sheridan and they're just so nice over there they really could take a lesson or two from those people

I really love to shop at Dollar Tree! I like the variety of creative, colorful materials and supplies to help motivate young children in school. The assortment of cute items for birthday parties and holidays are irresistible, as well as the inexpensive flower and vegetable seeds that are offered there every spring for people who love to garden. Just about everything one could wish for is packed into this little variety store! What a joy to shop there and go home with a bundle of stuff without paying a fortune!

Opened a drink I bought at the dollar tree and noticed brown/black deposits on the bottom of the bottle. I went back into the store immediately with my receipt to try and exchange it but the cashier embarrassingly yelled "you opened it?!?!? Im sorry theres nothing I can do about that Since you opened it" I just nodded and walked away as the whole dollar tree customers stared at me. So embarrassing. I really just wanted to exchange it for another drink without what appears to be mold. I felt like the cashier was very rude.

This is by far the absolute best Dollar Tree ever! It is a prime example of how awesome Dollar tree can be when it is managed well. It is always very well stocked, super organized, clean and you can find just about anything you need! Anytime I need anything I know that if I come to this Dollar tree I will find it! I highly recommend it and give it 5 stars, because now a days Dollar Trees everywhere seem to be in horrible disarray no matter where I go!

The floors were very dirty. Could not find what I went there for. Had great candy selection.

This is the cleanest, fairy stocked Dollar Tree that I have visited. I go out of my way to visit this store.
