Terrible customer service, the cashier had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Very disappointing and I do not recommend this spot

Went in today for some pre workout. The cashier asked me for my phone number and email, which I declined. He got very rude and condescending, basically saying “it’s a free $5 if you sign up, but whatever you say boss.” Terrible customer service.

Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed. Jalen was a professional on the phone as well as in person. Great customer service!

Awesome place! The customer service is great and the employees are very knowledgeable. Never has anyone tried to get me to buy anything nor sell me anything unneeded. I shop there exclusively for all fitness products now.

Stopped by to get some supplements and such. Brett was very helpful in helping me understand what I need. Customer service was great and will definitely be stopping by again. Clean store as well.

Their emplyee did not want to price match off of Amazon. Which every other gnc does. I won't return to this location.

Everytime I come, they have a sign on their door that they will be back in 5 and then they don't return for over 20-30 minutes. No one answers the phone.

Discontinued what I was looking for just like Walmart stinks finally find something that works for hot flashes and now everybody is getting rid of it!

GNC always had a great selection of vitamins and supplements. It's sad to hear that they are going out of business during Covid-19. Will miss the convenience of this well-known chain.
