It was new battery time for our cars. We bought two, and my son learned how to install a car battery. I like that the take the old batteries for recycle as well.

Staff is usually helpful but I can’t understand why there are 5 people working in the store on a Saturday but only one looking up parts and ringing up orders. I understand that online orders have caused a shift in how stores do business but two folks stocking, two fulfilling online orders when there’s a line 5 people deep is annoying. AutoZone has some of the best prices and usually has what I need in stock so I keep coming but hate wasting 20 minutes in line on a Saturday that I could be working on my car or doing other things.

Michael knows what he's doing. This guy knows the side of customer service that no other store seems to know. Attentiveness and care for the customer in the store or on the phone, who might be trying to get his/her daily back on the road. This guy needs recognition and a promotion.

Came in Aug 2nd at 9:00 two lady's working one a manager who was very helpful and the other not so much ask for help finding a item and the young lady pointed at door and said should be somewhere over there no help what so ever the manager helped me find my product and was very helpful the other lady should find a new job if she can't do what was simply asked of her and the young lady was more happy to help one of her friends having a good conversation outside definitely poor work ethic on her end autozone do better

Brandon was awesome! He helped me change out my busted headlight and also educated me on things about my car for future reference. Would definitely go back for any auto parts and help.

Early yesterday I was in the store and a female employee was acting really weird and was moving around oddly. I brought the strange behavior to the attention of another employee and she seemed surprised when I asked if the other person was high, asked what I noticed and said I could ask her for help if I needed anything. The employee who was acting odd went to get a gasket for me but took too long so i left and went somewhere else. It was really uncomfortable and weird.

I came in here later at night and was immeditaly greeted by two guys who were eager to help. Store was empty, and these guys took the time to show me exactly where what I needed was, give me tips on install, and get me out of there. Good experience. Thanks!

Zero customer service ,I went there today the guy with Zero attitude gave me wrong filter and good thing try it there to change my filter but find out he gave me wrong one. I went to him and told him you gave me the wrong one , he became so upset when I told him I want to return it and gave me hard time. I won't recommend to anyone to go there

Brandon the manager was amazing! I came in late around 9 pm and needed my battery checked (I had to jump my car multiple times the last few days). He installed my new battery, was very informative, and also pleasant to talk to. He saved me money and he also knows the store inside and out! It took less then 3 minutes for him to install my battery safely. Great customer service. Thanks Brandon !!
