Went in to get an oil change, greeted me with kindness as soon as I got in there. They took time in to make sure my car was okay and checked for everything else and on top of that they did a tire rotation. Best customer service ever! Will be back

I’ve been to multiple Brakes Plus in Colorado yet this team at Brakes Plus went above and beyond to help me understand what was wrong with my car and get me back on the road. I highly recommend anyone looking to maintain, repair, diagnosis their car, truck, SUV, etc. to stop by this shop. I will be returning here for sure for all my car needs. Went to the new Brakes Plus on 128th and Quebec to get my brakes repaired, they found the problem and let me know within a timely manner what the problem was and had it finished and completed within 2 hours… The service advisor Zach Trujillo was l keeping me updated on my vehicle every couple of minutes. I recommend THIS brakes plus to anyone who needs brake service done.

I took My mother's Explorer here for an alignment. Turns out needed a lot more than just that, they were excellent at giving me details. Check the vehicle also worked with me. Great on pricing since she is on a fixed income.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I called at 11am and was offered a 3pm slot for an alignment. An employee said the appointment would take an an hour as I had to be somewhere at 5pm. I got to the location, dropped off my vehicle, and walked over to a nearby store. Got a call within 10 minutes saying that they can't work on my car until TOMORROW morning because they're so backed up. Please tell me why, I rearranged half of my day, was given a time slot for an appointment, drove there, dropped off the vehicle, ONLY to be called to cancel. The employee offered for me to leave my car overnight. Would I have been expected to walk over 5 miles with 2 kids to get home? What kind of scheduling and service is this??????? I'm enraged. Have never had a horrible scheduling experience like this. Wasted an hour of my day.

Zack, Josh, and Logan are the best!! Very helpful; had an issue with my lower control arm. They informed me that needed to be replaced before they can do the wheel alignment. Very helpful. Totally recommend coming here!

I’ve used a few different brakes plus locations for oil changes and tire rotations. Hands down this location and team are the best! They didn’t try to upsell me but took the time to show me what needs to be done and assure I understood what they were talking about! I would highly recommend this brakes plus and won’t go anywhere else!
