These guys are awesome. They can help you without having to know year make and model. They understand older cars if your needing parts for something that isn't stock

Very professional. Super helpful. Item needed said in stock but wasnt in their stock where it was supposed to be. They took the time to really check and voila they found one! This location also has an insane variety and stock of shelf products from cleaning to paint and steering wheel covers, cars mats engine performance enhancers and everything in between. Great store!

I needed some stuff for an oil change on my car, and a full tune up on my girlfriends car. The guy at the register was friendly and helpful and got me lined out on everything I needed. They didn't have the canister type filter I needed, but they ordered it in and alerted me when it was ready to pick up.

Steve and Jessie are both Rockstars! I had called ahead the day before to order my heater core to get it replaced this weekend, I have been driving around the last week with a generator in the back of my truck bed and a little electric heater plugged into my cab to get through the week until I could replace the heater core on the weekend. I went to the store at 7301 Sheridan Boulevard to pick up my heater core that was already ordered and found out it wasn't there. Immediately Steve and Jessi got on the phone to find out why it hadn't been shipped and why they hadn't been contacted of a cancellation. Jesse found the heater core at a nearby store and got in his vehicle and picked up the part and called me back a half hour later to say he had it on site. Things happen when your shipping parts and pieces from store to store and I understand that, however instead of telling me (hey, go to that store and go pick it up they've got it) they took Ownership of the problem that was not my fault nor Theirs and solved the problem in 30 minutes!!!!馃槉馃槉馃槉 I only had one day scheduled to make this repair, they just made that possible so next week going to work I'll be warm while it's snowing outside!! Thanks guys, I really appreciate you! To Advance Auto Parts Corporate....I hope you recognize these two young men for their Service and commitment to Customer Satisfaction! They earned a customer for you and them!! Reason #126 while I still won't shop at O'Reilly's keep up the good work!

They dont close at 9. They close whenever they feel like. 8:30 today. Door locked. As time moves on work ethic continues to decrease.

This is about the worst customer service experience I've ever had having to come in 4 different times (instead of 1) to just try and get a part that was supposed to be delivered from another store. I'm a reasonable person, but this was ridiculous. Even come my 4th trip in, they still didn't have the part, so I took a refund and went elsewhere. Timeline over the course of ~2 weeks: Trip 1: Didn't have part (understandable), will order (Alicia). Trip 2: No record of order, put in system wrong, will reorder (Dave?). Trip 3: No record of order, maybe came and was returned, will reorder (Dustin). Trip 4: Part never came, other store never had it, actually found (wrong) part on my first trip, issued refund for that order upon my request instead of me trying another time (Joe). This whole experience was a waste of a few hours of my life and more importantly was incredibly frustrating. While everyone I dealt with (listed) was nice/polite, multiple employees dropped the ball on frankly a pretty straightforward ask to have a part (interior bulbs of all things) shipped from one store to another. This is not a referendum on any individual employee, just a terrible overall experience. I absolutely would not visit this store or Advance Auto in general.
