Went in to replace my battery, and the guy helping me installed it incorrectly, so I had to tow it to a mechanic, and the mechanic fixed the issue within five minutes. Very upset with my service cause the whole tow and trip to the mechanic could of easily been avoided if the guy installed it right.

I came in to purchase a new remote battery for my car. Upon check out, the young man offered to change it out for me right then and there. Great Customer Service of us older non techie people.

Daniel was very knowledgeable, personable, courteous and professional. I'm a software engineer so I ask probably too many questions - he was unfazed by my inquiries and did a noteworthy job explaining what happened and what he was doing to solution it. I would not recommend going to any other store.

just pulled up to your store at 8:52pm. female employee saw me, she rushed to the door and locked it.... lazy people. still 8 mins left. plenty of time to get something off the shelf quick.... pathetic

It's Sunday at 8:53AM and the store is closed even though the posted hours state it opens at 8:00AM. Noticed 2 vehicles in the lot a few rows back with employees sitting in them, as I approached them said they were waiting on the "grey shirt" to arrive to open the store. I wonder if the employees called the store or district manager to advise them?

The upper management has a very poor work ethic (Elizabeth especially), they don't appreciate or value their workers like they should... Been going in after work lately and there's always one guy (Daniel) closing all alone and has given me the best customer service in that whole store even when he has a bunch of customers in line and all around the store he maintains the best customer service I've seen in years he is also very attentive and knowledgeable of what he is doing... I've gone in the early hours and the girls are rude and even tho they are managers they don't know a thing about cars or parts!
Unfriendly staff. The store was empty, with one person behind the counter. They didn't bother to ring me up, so I used self pay (at least that was convenient).
