This is the armpit of Wells Fargo branches. In the past 26 years I have heard people bad mouth Wells Fargo but never experienced what they have until walking into this location. As soon as you walk in you can tell something is broken. I did not deal with the tellers but I can tell you the so called “bankers” don’t care and should find a different job they enjoy doing. They have plenty of time for smiles and chit chat when dealing with each other but their unhelpful attitudes come out when dealing with customers. They have no respect for appointment times and do not care about the customers. There is clearly a lack of leadership in this branch and something drastic needs to be done to turn this place around. I took my business to Bellco.

I showed up to my appointment on time to open up my business account. The person that was supposed to help me showed up 10 minutes late. There was a line at the register and they were calling for Tyler assistant. She look like she was in a hurry and came up to me and asked me if I needed help I said yes I have an appointment at 2 o’clock and she said OK. What are we doing today and I told her we’re opening up a business account. I already have all my paperwork ready and everything and she said she wouldn’t be able to help me.

I set up a notary appointment and called to ask a question about the document I was notarizing. I tried calling 4 times, but every single time they didn't pick up and sent me to the nationwide customer service line. Even when I asked the national customer service reps to patch me through to this branch they didn't pick up.

Zero Stars. Everyone working inside is lazy. The line was to the door and only one person was a the counter while everyone else was standing around pretending to be busy. There were 3 people who came from the back but still didn’t help at the widow. The only teller at the window was very rude and didn’t accept the government issued ID from my Colorado app. Wish they would have a sign so I didn’t have to wait for 45 minutes in line 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 This location sucks EVERY TIME I come. New management please!

This is the Worst Wells Fargo on the planet. It’s close to My business so I come here often to deposit cash into my business account. The line is ALWAYS out the door with one or two tellers working at a time while other employees wander or congregate. Now it has been “temporarily” closed for weeks. I have been with Wells Fargo for 13 years. I will be switching all of my business accounts and personal accounts to a different bank. Wells Fargo has gone into the gutter with poor customer service and long lines at every branch. Avoid this branch at all costs!

Ahai at this branch was incredibly rude today and unhelpful. I'm considering closing my account after such a horrible experience. Not one single time in over a decade of using this bank have I not been able to resolve an issue, until today.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I tried setting up with automatic payments to pay a credit account, the hassle to do this is ridiculous. I'm going to go get a loan from Chase Bank to pay off this account. I will never let another loan officer pull a loan from Wells Fargo Bank. Terrible Bank service, I am so very frustrated.

These guys sure are a top notch team :) I opened my account at this branch a few years back when I first moved to the area. Even back then they were great, team has changed a little bit since then, but, I still can't get over how professional and helpful they are here. Most specifically Mr Fernando, I came in today with just a few quick questions with a banker and he went above and beyond fixing the issue and even helping with better options moving forward :D Also manager Mr Alfredo came over to help and was very polite. I don't say this often, this place has always made me feel like family and that they really do care, appreciate you all and always a pleasure :)
