    It’s a shame ten years ago you could only find one branch in the whole state, now the company is too cheap to staff all the locations so you have to deal with a video banker, glorified ATM. The executives surely don’t want to do the work, they need to sell the thief business to another that actually understands the importance of a relationship with the consumer.

    Neither of the conference rooms are functional. In one the iPad was missing,presumably stolen. Inthe other it had a passcode making it unusable. There’s a button to conference with an employee in the lobby but she transferred to a conference room at a different location and then the button wouldn’t allow me to reconnect with her or any agent. Bank of America used to have ATMs that had a function to speak remotely with a teller but for some reason they got rude of them. BoA SUCKS in Colorado.

    This does not even deserve a star. I called in advance to make sure I could do a wire transfer transaction from one B of A account to a Merrill account owned by B of A. I was assured that everything would be fine, just come on in. What an joke if this is the direction B of A is going, I plan to close my accounts and move them to a bank that has the brains to have real people. There was no mention that this “branch” has no humans. It has 3 atms and 4 large screen TVs, where you “video chat” with someone who knows where. You can’t even see the teller so why the 55” tv? Anyway, they had no idea how to do the transaction and it was a complete waste of time. We were told to use online banking. Why in the heck don’t they tell you they don’t bother to staff a lot of their locations now? Stupidest damn idea ever.

    Horrible bank, horrible people. This isn’t even an actual bank branch, it’s a littler room with atm’s in it and another back room where you can ‘live chat’ with a faceless employee (their face doesn’t show on the giant screen). I regret ever doing business with BofA

    This is an Advanced Center which means there are bankers available on video. They can help with account servicing, opening accounts and connecting you with video specialists if needed. If you need a cashiers checks, cash a check, make a deposit to someone else or get a large amount or coins, you will still need to visit the Financial Center, this is a digital bank only.

    This is not a full service bank! It’s more of an atm with limited service videochat support. The term “Advanced Center” is extremely misleading because they can’t event offer the same level of services as a regular BoA “Financial Center”.

    This is my second time been in this place and waited 10 plus minutes and finally some one came online his name Gazhi I was expecting security money back on mail from two weeks and thats what the questions was representive his answer was Oooooo you know for this kind of queations you have to go to another bank locations i cant get access of you account . I was like when i was here last two weeks ago that another lady custower representitive did not mentions that she has my account accessed and he had answers of all my questions . He goes same thing sorry i can't help you about this and i told him so you haven't even ask my name account or neither ssn or any info how come you could say that . This is so rediculous and seriously not helping at all. And after he supposly going to call his manager put me anothet hold and come back same face no manager . I was so mad and feel helpless at that point .And went outbside in the parking lot called customer service phone line and some one female representive answerd she was really nice so helpful and conversations was last only 9 minutes .

    Went to speak to an automated machine during open hours. Walk in and says to come back during normal business hours even though it says on the door there are automated tellers available from 9AM to 3PM on Saturdays. Waste of time and gas to get there.

    If only I could give this zero stars. Completely wasted my time driving here because it's NOT a bank; this is an ATM station with weird web camera rooms..useless.
