TEMPORARILY CLOSED -_- Very disappointing. I imagine that there’s a multitude of factors that BotW considered in temporarily closing this location, but as a customer I don’t really care. This bank is antiquated and it shows, especially in their app and available services. I’ve been thinking of moving to another bank for quite some time now and this was the last nail in the coffin to that decision. There’s only two “close” branches to me, and to have this one closed with no heads up is frustrating. I mean, BotW sends me satisfaction emails any time I have a teller transaction, couldn’t they have sent an email giving customers coming to this particular breach frequently a head’s up??

So this has nothing to do with this Branch but the only way I can voice my opinion is here. So I call to find out why a cancelled card is still trying to be used. Per the gentleman that I spoke with first (who name was Christian who was so nice) this was something that he never see or heard of. So I get transferred to a lady NAMED HEATHER and I'm trying to explain to her how a customer would feel when something should be cancelled but your still getting alerts that it's being used. And she's trying to talk over me and then hangs up on me.#Pleasetakeyourmony$$toabetterplace

This bank is inconvenient when depositing checks, atm location and it seems like it only exists in Colorado. They charge like crazy and customer service is not helpful. I will be closing my account fast. I fear that one on these days they will take people money due to bankruptcy… looking at the comments a lot of us are leaving this bank

These disgusting money grubbers will try to break you. I own a business and they won't approve me for a business account. You're not Bank of the West or an upscale bank by all means. Got $30 total in two transactions that came in almost a week late and they charged me $70!!! Not my fault...I've been with this bank for a while and thought that loyalty meant something. It doesn't. DO NOT BANK HERE. Other Banks do so much better without insane charges. And they speak ENGLISH. So many times I've been greeted in Spanish then a stupid giggle... Then an apology. Made me stop doing business in person. This bank is broke and you as a consumer will suffer through charges that they just can't wait to apply. I'm closing my account ASAP. Take the money, you all need it. I'm done!

the service at my branch at colfax and havana has steadily deteriorated, now i see they have temporarily closed. i have been a customer for 30 years. i am considering closing my account. in a public sector where service is everything, Bank of the West--what are you doing?

Kind of hidden, but the sign on the side of the road is very big, so if you miss the turn into the parking lot, you can still turn on the road to the endurance near the drive thru. The security guard is always greeting whoever walks in. The tellers area always nice, ive had the expiernce of two not listening, one making things very difficult once figured out she didnt listen after I left. They have been having technical issues lately, so expect to spend a Lil more time here. I was in the drive thru for 12 mins yesterday, from the moment I sent the thing till I got it back, and it was just depositing cash into my checking. Way too much time, specially with me being the only one in the drive thru and there being the teller helping me and one other at the counter. Its nice cause its a couple blocks from my home, but if I have the time I will just dribe to the location of Havana near Florida

Awful customer service here. They said, the system automatically adds the fee and there is no way to make an exception but then said that there could be an exception made if we went to a branch where they know me????? WTH? I know the exception can be made because it has been made at multiple different branches before on our company's behalf. Since we are wealth management customers, it shouldn't be an issue!

I went to this bank in a great mood and definetely can say i left feeling the way the tellers looked, down. Bad service especially from a individual whos name started with a g i believe. No mean to hate but by far the worse in comparison to other banks of the west.

This specific branch claimed they could not do a wire transfer in the 10 minutes before a deadline. Furthermore they stated that they could not hold a wire transfer for the following day, something multiple other branches have been able to do. Confirmed from other branches that this should not be an issue.
