It was my first time coming to this branch in particular. The rating is definitely for this branch! The guy’s name who helped me was ANTHONY. It was a horrible experience. He was very rude & He did not look like he wanted to be there. Somebody please train him to treat customers with respect. Not to say I haven’t had an amazing service with first bank, because I do. But I will probably will never come to this branch even-if all the branches were closed.
Terrible customer service. My guy has been with first bank for many many years. Recently his bank account had $40,000 withdrawn fraudulently. The bank MAILED an overdraft letter never simply picking up the phone to ask why several transactions were being sent to NYC over a 2 week period. My bank would of caught this on day 1!! They refuse to take any accountability and refused to help out in anyway. This could happen to any of you! We moved our business to Chase Bank. Night and day with customer service and accountability.
Thank you Andrea! You have restored my faith in what I believe this bank is lacking for customer service and communication to their customers. I don’t have a lot of experiences with this bank, and the few instances I have to reference are more reason to question why I even have an account there. I appreciate you taking the time to educate me on the policies without being condescending or annoyed. I don’t necessarily find this bank to be first forward with technology, so I don’t bank there for convienince. Until today, I was considering just closing my account. Thank you for redeeming my faith in this local bank, and by being such a pleasant person to encounter today.
I’ve been going to this FirstBank with my mom since I was little, and I’ve always had positive experiences here. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews.
Worst customer service ever, If I was allowed to give 0 star,they would get that rating. They smile when I deposit and frown when I withdraw. It takes forever to get some cash from ancient ATM machine. Sometimes, they closed door 20 minutes earler than offical close hour. I guess they don't do their business well. Moving to near Keybank solve all these problems. I Wouldn't recommend this bank
Great location with great crew. They are trying so hard to provide a great service in these tough days by taking chance of getting sick. Wish you all the best. Please keep disinfecting all equipments used at the drive through. Thank you
Hard enough already being treated like Patient Zero everywhere ya go, but this place made it even worse by making me feel like I’m the most contagious person on earth. Already sat down at the desk and they went out of their way to move a Plexiglass over to put in front me. It doesn’t get anymore ridiculous than that. Will never bank with them.
I’m in the drive up for 28 mins now. No one else except me. One car did drive up was helped even before me and left. They didn’t even get back to me on the intercom until after the other car left. I had simple checks to deposit. Unacceptable.
A FirstBank employee, Ms Amaia Shuter, at the Smoky Hill site, really made a great impression on me concerning the way a customer is treated. I am not a regular client of your bank, but today I felt like I was one of the owners based on the way Ms Shuter assisted me. She handled my problem as if it were her own problem, and helped me resolve what three other banks (and MONEYTREE) couldn't or wouldn't, regarding 'gift' cards I'd purchased at a King Sooper's grocery store. A very special 'thank you' to you all at First Bank on Smoky Hill and especially to Amaia Shuter for being so customer-focused and caring about people that walk into your bank.
Dont bank here, but i love it. Its close to fontana sushi and tatas burritos. I also applied at the Starbucks across the street once.
