    We had an issue with our accounts & needed to open new ones. We didn't have an appointment on a Saturday, but they were able to squeeze us in & get us taken care of. Blaine was very nice & took the time to answer all our questions. He was very polite, friendly & knowledgeable in his position. Would highly recommend doing your banking business at this branch!! Thanks Blaine for all your help!!

    We had to have a notary for our out of state closing papers. We didn’t make an appointment but got right in . I just have to say, Vanessa was wonderful! She was polite and patient with us through the whole stack of papers we had to sign. All employees there were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this location!!

    I would not recommend US Banks as viable banking concern One week ago I filled out an online application that said I was accepted. Monday, I took $2150. 00 out of a small amount of cash I have and deposited that. Tuesday the 16th I tried to get on line but to no avail. I spent the next three hours talking to various people about the situation. They were able to find my application but I was told my count would not be available until Thursday June 18th. I again tried to get online but was not given access. I spent over 3 hours talking to different people that were of no help at all. I did speak to a representative at USB main number and was able to speak with a Nicole. she found everything and implied everything was OK and she would email me the information. I waited for an email for 3 hours and called back. I could not reach Nicole but did speak to2 other people that again were no help. today is June 23, 2020 I still do not have my account or money available. I am 80 years old and quiet frustrated. I have been married 60 years have 18 Grand Children never been arrested don't do drugs and am totally disgusted with the extreme lack of professionalism FROM US Banks.

    Sent me home telling me I could do the wire transfer on my app. It was too big. Then when I came back the manager spent time disputing me instead of helping right away. Wasted my time and gas driving home and back instead of knowing her business

    I tried to use the notary service and they refused to notarize the documents stating they were incomplete but would not explain what made them incomplete or what course of action was needed to fix it. Then when calling the teller hung up on me... Very disappointing. The mutual clients we were attempting to serve have stated they will not be returning and will be closing their account. I do not blame them.

    I love this location!!! Jonna was lovely to work with!!! Even though I was closing an account she didn't guilt me into keeping it open. It was very refreshing and you should get many props for doing such a wonderful job

    Would recommend this location. Customer service is prime. Specifically I would ask for the banker Stephen. He's incredibly knowledgeable and is willing to help with anything and everything he can. I felt as If I could trust him, his sincerity, and transparency. 10/10 would bank again.

    I was on the line for 20 minutes, while rep was chatting with other customer for 20 minutes. Spoke with rep her name is Carla she pretty rude .

    I made an appointment here, which they forgot to put in but they helped me and William was a really nice employee. I appreciated it.
