Not going back to this Chase bank. Tell me I can take some cash out of my check then all of a sudden I can't and it doesn't clear for 2 days? Crappy service. I'll stick to going downtown for my banking needs with Chase.

Door outside says the lobby closes at 6 and the door inside says 5. I needed help and now I’ll have to come back again at another time.
This is not a bank branch. Can’t deposit. Can’t get cash from your account without an ATM. ATMs never work. They can’t help you. Chase should be embarrassed by this poor excuse of a branch.
Chase is my favorite bank. Everyone here has been so friendly and understanding, unlike the nightmare of Wells Fargo. They have earned me as a life long customer.
Not business friendly. No tellers, just an ATM and a pompous demeaning lady. Can't consider this a bank, just a building with an ATM inside.
This is no longer a bank. It's just an atm and a loan officer. They acted like I was being ridiculous when I came in needing a teller for change and do a cash deposit. I said that it wasn't really a bank anymore. The lady insisted that they do everything that a bank does.They then said they could get me change... just not coins, or 10s, or 5s, or 1s.... so just 20s I guess. The atm can deposit or dispense only $3000.
This location is no longer a "bank". No Drive-Thru. No Teller windows for assistance inside the bank. The Tellers are to assist the customer inside with ATM banking or online banking. When the Tellers do have to assist, the Teller must take all information behind a locked door and away from the customer. Very inconvenient and time consuming. The new flow of this bank is so impersonal and cold. I will no longer bank at this location.
With no lines and 3 tellers standing behind the counter I was ignored as I walked in until I approached one of the tellers and told them I would like to open an account. They told me to take a seat and someone will be there shortly. As I looked around the room, there was another 3 offices that were occupied with workers in them, not assisting anyone at that time. I waited for 3 minutes and decided to leave after feeling creped out be the complete silence and tried of the dirty looks from the employees. I called another bank that said I would not have to wait and left.
