I have banked at Champion Bank for about 6 years and I have always been very happy with them. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional. They always do everything possible to accommodate my banking needs. And a huge plus is that when I call them, a live person who works at the branch actually answers the phone! My wife and I were told by both of the larger chain banks where we have personal and business accounts that we would need to make an hour-long appointment to open an additional business account, so she reached out to an acquaintance of hers at Champion Bank. He told her to immediately come in and the entire process took less than 20 minutes. We met with an experienced, friendly, and professional banker who efficiently opened a business account for us, ordered us everything we needed, and stayed in touch with us for the first couple of weeks while we were receiving documents and checks for the account. What a difference a local bank makes, with such personal and still professional financial knowledge! While it is a challenge to change banks, we are considering moving all of our accounts to Champion Bank. I highly recommend giving them a try!
