This branch has the worst customer service. Not only have I been lied to about what was needed for our business account and ended up spending an extra 600 from their business bankers bad advice but today when I went in to get something notarized so that we could put a large check (500k) into the account they didn't have time and didn't care. I'll be taking my business to bank of America, chase is garbage.

Amazing customer service! After leaving the bank and got into my car, my car had a dead battery and would not start. The bank staff were super hospitable and helpful while I sort out various options. They truly went above and beyond what one expects. Highly recommend Chase and this branch in Parker CO in particular! Thanks!!

No ATM machine inside the facility. The only ATMs are drive-thrus with $20 bills only. To get any other form of withdrawal, you have to fill out a form with the teller, and the customer service is poor.

Went to this bank to pay a car note. I was acknowledged with an eye roll from a lady named Rekha and was told my debit card transaction didn’t go through. I asked to speak with a manager since I knew my transaction went through and was told she can’t speak when I clearly saw her doing nothing in the back. I then felt like I had no choice but to show the rude lady my bank account and that the transaction went through otherwise my card would have declined and she just told me to go to another bank. Very inhumane and discriminative customer service from all ladies. Turns out my bank confirmed that the transaction for my car note through chase went through successfully so that makes this branch a thief. Someone gets locks up for stealing every day yet the world allows banks to constantly withhold and steal money from us even if we do what we need to do on our end. Chase sucks!

I Truly had the Most Amazing experience walking into Chase Bank for the Very 1st time today. I was shocked to be able to stroll right in due to multiple signs at My previous bank not allowing their very own customers in. I was greeted instantly by Rekha who is a Chase Private Client. I did not have an appointment yet She did not hesitate to help with Me each along with Every Single One of My new checking account Needs as well as concerns. Rekha is Absolutely Amazing Friendly as Well as Extremely Professional along with quick. I kept bombarding Her with One thing after another. I Truly felt like an Extremely Valued as well as appreciated Customer. I Sincerely would like to express My Gratitude for All Rekha had done for Me. The Establishment itself was Absolutely Spotless. One more thing Jonny was the Man who cashed the check that Rekha had also filled out for Me as i do not recall even signing it. WOW Chase Bank You are Amazing

This is my second time to come here. I brought all the documents that I have and tried to open a bank account. Geoff helped me go through all the processes and provided me enough valuable suggestions about my concerns. I had a very welcoming and respectful experiences. I have had nothing but issues with them. I just moved out to CO and my bank from back home does not have a branch out in CO so I thought I would open up a bank account with Chase as it is also who my fiancée uses. We have had to order numerous new debit cards from them because either they would completely not working or they would only working some of the times. We also had issues with the card working fine every place but Wal- Mart or current gas stations while other debit cards with chase for for different accounts would work just fine. Then after months after opening my own account and having direct deposit in the account I started getting random fees. Upon calling and asking they say the type of account that was opened for me will have those fees every month. When I opened the account I was told if I got direct deposits every month in the account for more than $500 than the fees would be waived. So know I have to cancel this account which is going to mess up my work direct deposit in order to get this fixed. They have hidden fees around every corner and have terrible communication. Not impressed.

Needed to speak with a bank associate, but saw no sign in list... As I was the only person waiting I figured no big deal. l Sat 45 minutes on Friday.. in the lobby from 4pm to 4:45pm. After waiting for a half hour a bank manager came up to tell me he will be another 25 minutes and the only other person would be another 20 minutes. He suggested I make an appointment next time, but provided no instructions on how to do that. Finally I ended up calling the 800 number on the back of my card. Everything I needed assistance with, was handled within 5 minutes, thanks for nothing Chase on Jordan Blvd. The way they were staffed felt like a slow Wednesday.. guess the joke's on me.
