Closed my accounts due to consolidating after getting married. Friendly folks, no hassle. I've had them for years, never a problem.
There is a woman who sounds like they have a Russian accent. She is rude, unhelpful, and pushy. Her "helping" is to give incorrect bare minimum information because she is to lazy to actually give you the correct info and talk to you through the process that is needed and when asked questions she said she could make an appointment to talk more instead. This bank is also holding my money for a whole week to "process" when other banks it takes roughly 24 hours to process. I also recently opened a new account and have waited far longer than 5 business days to get my new card in the mail.
If noone answers the automated response tells you to call back. What is the point of having money in a branch where I can't ever speak to anyone.
No tellers up front. Had a line of 5 people waiting for the drive-thru teller who was helping drive-thru customers. When a front teller became available, the only BANKER went over to the teller, told me she (the teller) couldn't help because she needed to help him first. GARBAGE service. Thinking of switching banks because this is a constant here.
I would suggest to avoid Chase Bank at all costs. It’s not specifically this branch, just Chase in general. This company is the biggest bunch of A-holes you could ever deal with in your life. They give you wrong information constantly. For example; they tell you that their business banking customer service is open 24/7, yet when you call them you get a recording that says their office is closed. They charge service fees that are not supposed to be charged constantly and you constantly have to call and get them reversed and then listen to the promise that it won’t happen again, but lo and behold 30 days later, same service charge. I hate Chase. Stay away
Horrible customer service experience. My aunt was injured and I am her legal guardian by the courts decision and we needed access to her account. Contacted the bank, they advised me to go to court and get court order which we did.. one week later their legal team in another state informed us we need more paperwork so wewent back to court and the court advised us that the paperwork we got was sufficient enough, and that they provided us what they asked for. Remember my aunt is still the hospital and about to lose her belongings so time is of the essence which I explained repeatedly. 1 week later I visited the branch to withdraw money again to pay her rent, which then their legal team refused the paper from the court . I tried to discuss with the manager Dorothy Hermosillo's in the beginning and she was understanding and nice at first. But that changed quickly. Chase clearly has no understanding for Colorado law as I will take the judges word over theirs any day. Today that manager spoke over me and she refused to give any phone to contact her legal team and basically told me to not call again and that their legal team will get back to me(took weeks last time). Don’t waste your time with a big corporation bank like this when it’s us tax payers that bailed them out when they were in verge of collapse. This isn’t a community bank, but rather a corporation that just cares about the bottom line. All they care about is their title and not about helping their members.
I went here to cash a check and they would not cash it. They said take it to your bank and deposit it. I thought Wells Fargo was the worst but Chase, you have now taken the top spot.
Went into the bank today to get a couple of things done (on my lunch hour) that required a banker. To no avail due to poor poor scheduling! The ONLY banker there today walked out to go to lunch while the branch manager scheduled an appointment lasting over an hour during this same time! The teller advised us to drive 3 miles down the road to a different branch. Or to wait an hour to wait for the banker to return from lunch, obviously they have no respect for people’s time. This is very poor customer service!
Pretty bummed out to walk into an empty bank, no one in line. One banker on the phone, the other with a customer. I was asked to come back another day to a simple but banker needed task. I was also willing to wait. Just you’ll need to come back another day.
I drove across town trying to make it before the drive through closed. On Google Their hours were updated 7 days ago, so i know it's not covid hour changes. It said drive through open until 6pm. I arrived at 5:38 and they were closed. "Oh my god, its the first snow of the year. We better freak out and close up early." Ridiculous. Update google again or stay open until the time you say you'll be open! 😠😒
