This Chase has very friendly associates & typically is not really busy during the day!

I was so happy with the service at this bank! I went in for a cashiers check which was easy breezy. But, the teller went above & beyond to assist me with debit card questions and getting me all set up on my phone app. I truly appreciate his patience and fully explaining everything to me. Thank you!!!!

New customer. Great experience with this whole lock down, I was able to open a checking account with a nice lady Michelle who got me up and running in no time. The sign on bonus was just the icing on the cake. Great app and great customer service. Thank you Chase.

I've been quite amazed at the consistency with their customer service. I've been observing whether they are just like this in the beginning, but they've been the same with me since day one. This local branch location of chase bank makes it worth actually going in person to do your banking. Michael, the manager, always remembers us by name. And the tellers are all young and enthusiastic and extremely polite. I've seen them old people on the phone to give priority to people in person.

Ground level bank no elevator needed. Many drive up lanes and ATM access. Friendly and helpful staff.

Exceptional accommodation, professionalism and service. I travel half an hour just to go to this branch when I have many others closer to me.
