Came to open a savings account. 15 minutes and everyone available never said anything or helped us after I asked to ask to speak with a banker. To burn some time, I tried to add my wife to my account. She said she couldn't, and I needed a banker. Ok. Then decided to just cash out his piggy bank and open a account later, as this was already 20 minutes into it. They refused to take my change! Said they didn't have a change machine. How being a bank, can you refuse a customers money? Closing all my accounts, done with this company and its sub par employees.

The bank was full. I usually go through the drive-thru, for my banking needs. Today I closed my account w/U.S. Bank. Today only 2 people were available at the windows, which made the process long. I realize every business is short staffed because a lot of people are pursuing their dreams of becoming a social media influencer. That being said; I have usually received good customer service, however there are 2 issues I have with the bank. 1 is that I don't ever want a printed receipt of the transaction and 2 U.S. Bank refuses to replace my friends money, $12,000 that went missing from her account. The money was taken out of her account because she got hacked. But because English is her second language and she is a new U.S. citizen, they refuse to replace 1 dime of the money that was stolen from. Her account. I refuse to do business with a bank that discriminates.

Literally the worst bank you could choose. I called in to dispute a charge & the customer service representative marked it as fraudulent & canceled my debit card without informing me. I went to the store to buy groceries & kept getting declined. So I had to waste even more time trying to get this figured out & was told there was nothing they can do once the card is canceled. Meanwhile I have to go without a debit card & go through the hassle of switching all my bills to the new card. Thanks for the headache US bank!! 馃が

Been coming here since last July, overall hands had to many issues, however the lady today was a royal B* and I will not be coming back. She was nothing short of rude, disrespectful and discriminatory. How she managed to worm her way into employment here I can o ly imagine is from their staffing issues as someone of her caliber should not be in a customer service position. At this point I've closed my accounts and I'm going elsewhere, I'd say they need to get their act together but they don't care, and I fear never will.

I am not a review writer, but I have to say this. I just visited my elderly aunt in Colorado, and she is definitely slowing down. I took her on errands for 4 days and witnessed a rude nasty impatience for elderly. The only place that treated her with due respect was this U.S. Bank. The teller Ember was so sweet to her, even when she had to repeat herself multiple times. All of this while a line was forming quickly behind us, still Ember never showed a lack in her care or a second of stress. This kind of customer service is sadly becoming a rarity in our world, so I hope you all know what you have in this stellar employee. Thank you Ember & US Bank!

First and foremost I've been banking with us bank for atleast 10+ years this banks staff is awesome, with the exception OF THE BRANCH MANAGER CARLOS, he on the other hand needs a real lesson in leading skills. His tellers can be slammed and he'll just sit there not busy and wont help馃が I be leave the gentleman's name is Joe he maybe a banker now he would make a great manager for this bank. I always see him hop up and help no one asks him NOW THATS A LEADER! the staff here are super awesome.

Went through the drive thru to cash a check. Was told I needed to come inside to cash my check. Told them I didn't understand why and that I had 2 young kids in the car and didn't want to bring inside. Drove to my own personal bank to get it done. You guys suck! Whether I'm inside or in the drive through I'm still the same person! Glad I don't bank with you and never will. 0 stars if that was an option 1 is being generous!
