If you are looking for a bank, who is fair, cares about you as a customer, and advocates for the average, hard working individual, Huntington Bank is not the place for you. I reported fraud and identity theft on my account and Huntington Bank provided absolutely no assistance in the way of an investigation or tracking down my stolen funds. What they did do however, was freeze my account, causing me to be without money for almost 2 weeks, then closed my account, that mind you, I have had with them for years, stating I was a “risk.” This unwarranted 2 week freeze on my account almost cost me a place to live. Huntington Bank does not care about you, you are just another number. And please don’t get me started on how most of the tellers, at every branch are rude and lack concern in general. Also almost forget to mention that their ATMs are never working. Definitely an “L” banking establishment. Steer clear!

DO NOT BANK WITH HUNTINGTON!!! I went to deposit $900 on July 2nd into the atm at this location. This was for rent that was due the next day. 700 in 100's and $200 in 20's, to be exact. When I tried to submit the deposit, the screen told me the deposit could not be processed and to seek financial advisement from my institution. No money back and no receipt printed. Of course, they were locking the doors and leaving for the holiday weekend and told me to contact the fraud department. I went back through the atm to do a balance inquiry to see if maybe it had still posted. Upon finding that it didn't, I called the fraud department and reported this, even sending them the one receipt from the balance inquiry that had a time stamp. I was told there would be a rush on the credit to my account. Still took the full 10 day period. It is now August 10th, and they took back the credit to my account. I was told that the atm did not show an overage. 🤔 So where did this money go?! The notes that were taken said they only saw me go through the atm to do a balance inquiry and that no deposit was made afterward. This would be because I made the deposit BEFORE the balance inquiry. I told the fraud department this when I reported it in the first place. So now I have bills to pay, and my account is sitting at -$500.00. This is beyond crooked. I am flat-out disgusted. Some people can afford to be out $900. I'm not one of them. If you're looking for a bank to rob you and violate your trust and your rights, Huntington is the bank for you. If not, I would strongly advise you to look elswhere.

Everyone says this is a bad bank location (and a bad bank), but my family and I have been banking through Huntington for about twenty years now, and the bank has always treated us well, and this location was excellent to us. I'm currently on my honeymoon with my husband and we unfortunately had a few hiccups in our travels and needed to stop at a bank before checking into our hotel. They were incredibly kind and thorough with making sure our check deposits went through, and it felt like I was back home in Cleveland.

This bank does nothing to accommodate the customer. Not being open on Saturdays and not past 5pm. Those 2 reasons are why I'm not joining this bank.

Karrie who sits in the front office as soon as you walk in door to the left is the rudest and most disrespectful person I have came in contact with. She doesn’t want to help very unprofessional and treated me like I wasn’t a valued customer. I felt discriminated and violated by her words and demeanor. I can’t believe they allow someone like her to work with others. I’m definitely not going to this branch no more.

I am trying to deposit money and the ATM isn't taking deposits????? I drove to this one because the one on Quincy was roped off and couldn't get in at all... WTH is going on??? I think it's time to move to a bank that knows how to do business.
