Bath & Body Works

It is always nice to come to this quieter Bath & Body Works store, that isn’t always full and busy. The employees are friendly and helpful, and I can get in and out without a big hassle.

If you are ever so lucky to find yourself in an unfortunate situation where you have to interact with Amanda, you will not be helped and you will not receive stellar customer service or customer service at all. I purchased a candle at full price and after I left it on my fireplace for hours throughout the day and when I went to put it out, one of the wicks hadn't burned properly. I struggled and half had burned as it was sitting at the mantle while I worked from home. I asked her what I could do the next time this happened and she smirked at me and said to call corporate. This was after $300 worth of candles. Bath and Body works does not care about their customers and it seems as though when it comes to hiring, they will take anybody off the streets as it clearly shows when it comes to Amanda who probably carries a plant with her to make up for the oxygen she is wasting.

Thank you to Amanda and team for making my holiday shopping a breeze ! I got some good deals and although it was a busy time, they took the time to make sure each person on my list got the perfect gift. I am glad I decided to shop at this location; they made a customer for life.

Today's experience here was over the top great. My daughter had her mind on one thing the clerk was immediately helpful and made her day. We found all we wanted and the store smelled amazing as expected. All the staff was very friendly and outstanding customer service.

I asked what lilac items they had and the girl said they didn't. I turned around to head toward checkout and found three different wall flowers with lilac.... usually when coming to this location it's a bit annoying with how overly attentive the staff can be, they keep pressuring you to listen to the sales when you tell them no thanks, just looking. Give people space to just shop.

I've been a Bath and Body Works fan (addict, more like it) for years and years. I was in withdrawal while the stores were closed for the pandemic, so I'm so excited they're open again! This location is always clean, very friendly staff, and they're taking all precautions to keep customers safe while shopping...space to allow for proper distancing, hand sanitizer, limited number allowed inside at one time. Very happy to be shopping here again!

Found it difficult to smell anything through a mask. It made buying lotion frustrating. Can't say I enjoyed my visit. They want you to spray on a card to smell anything, but I don't usually like the sprays. I like to smell the actual lotion. I ended up just picking a few things so we could get out of there. Not planning on going back until this stupid pandemic is over.

The staff here is always polite, friendly and willing to help locate what I am looking for and the store is well-laid out, clean and of course smells amazing (you can even smell it from outside as you approach it!). It is my favorite B&BW location in the city even though there are larger ones available to visit just because of the staff that work there. They almost always have exactly what I'm looking for (unless it's an online exclusive) so there's no need to visit anywhere else!

Superior customer service from Julia & Jan!! Unfortunately my mom suddenly lost her eyesight in 2008 which has made any form of shopping extremely difficult & challenging. Then my dad has recently battled cancer twice, which has left him with very limited mobility. In the past I was close enough that I could help & take my mom shopping. However I recently moved nearly 1,700 miles away to the east coast. I suggested this store to my parents because I know that walking through a mall is very challenging for them & my dad gets tired easily which results in him being impatient with my mom. At this location they can pull up right in front of the store & easily access it. I was feeling guilty not being able to take my mom shopping now that I live far away. So I called the Manager, Julia, and explained the situation to her & that my parents would be arriving within the hour to shop. She was so thoughtful & considerate. She took the time to ask what items my mom would be shopping for, what scents she liked and even asked what my parents looked like & what names the preferred to answer to. She paid attention to details. After my parents finished shopping there my mom called to thank me for calling ahead. She said that both Julia & Jan were extremely helpful with their shopping. They even got my dad a chair to sit in while waiting. They stuck by her side & described each scent to her & helped her every step of the way! I know how challenging this can be trying to point out the obvious to someone who can't see the obvious. These ladies went above & beyond with exceptional customer service!!! Julia was even nice enough to assist my parents to their car & help carry their bags for them. My mom told me even though this store is further away, they will shop there going forward. I can't thank the amazing staff enough for their kindness & caring!!
