Today I had an interaction with Enterprise car rental in Parker Colorado. I worked with Bryan and Baba. Right away I was greeted when I entered the office with warm and friendly smiles and a welcome. The interaction was transparent meaning it was explained in concise and succinct language exactly what I was getting involved in when I rented my car. I was really impressed by their honesty. It did not take me more than 30 minutes from start to finish. They had a nice inventory of vehicles to select. The car is very clean and didn't have very many miles on it. Bryan went over all the controls on the console of the auto. He also was able to show me that my insurance did cover me so that I didn't need to buy the extra insurance from Enterprise. However, remember to check this fact with your insurance company like I did as well. If you need to rent a car, I highly recommend this business, and the people who run it, to help you. What follows is an update to this review. After I had rented the car I returned it. They'd already negotiated on my behalf with my insurance company to pay the rental fees and all associated costs. I was not charged anything, nor did I leave with a debt. Nothing was charged to my credit card except for $50 hold that was removed immediately after the transaction was concluded. They do have an overnight drop box. And because I live within a certain distance, about 12 minutes away by car, they obliged very politely to give me a ride home so that I did not have to call a rideshare. They have gone above and beyond for me. I had an enjoyable experience with Enterprise car rental of Parker Colorado. And I know in the future I will be back.馃檪

My overall experience with enterprise has been okay, but working with Joey was incredible! Watching him multitask like a professional and keep everyone happy with a smile definitely made my day! If he's not the manager, he sure should be. Phenomenal customer service.

Most amazing personal. Rented a truck. It was not available when we arrived to pick it up. Front desk personnel and manager were so amazing and went to great lengths to make sure we got the truck we needed in time. They discounted the price as compensation and they did it all while being friendly and understanding. They really made us feel like they knew what they were doing and they are masters at customer service.

I can鈥檛 say how appreciative I am off this enterprise. i dropped off my vehicle to get fixed from hail damage than walked over to them to pick up my rental with a screaming 3 year old in a stroller and his car seat on the other hand! I was super frustrated since I was on the phone the day before making sure everything was set with my insurance! when i walked in they notified me they had no cars and my insurance had just submitted everything the night before. But they went above and beyond to make sure I had a rental (I鈥檓 sure they saw my frustrations) They had me out and going in 20min with a vehicle. So glad there are still people out here that will at least attempt to help out and not just say no. The store manager did just that, helped accommodate myself and ensure i had a rental.

We rented through them after an accident where the other person's insurance paid for our rental. After returning the vehicle we received a 600 dollar charge to our account. No explanation, no invoice. Nothing. We spent hours on hold, being hung up on multiple times. After finally getting to talk to a person, we were told they would elevate the problem to management and we would receive a call back. Even after a month, we have not heard back about the issue.

The staff here is very friendly and helped us out. The hard part with Enterprise is you book through the website or their customer service line and that does not mean they have car for you at that office. That doesn鈥檛 make much sense. We called many, many times but never received an answer at the local office. We showed up hoping they had something and they were able to squeeze us in and get us a car. Be careful if you are needing something asap unless you verify with the local office ahead of time.

I absolutely loved my experience with the entire team at this location! Ryan and Brian were both stellar. Professional and friendly, and since they had plenty of inventory, they upgraded my mom鈥檚 rental for free. If you have family traveling in, don鈥檛 waste your time and energy at the airport. Pick them up and rent from here instead. Stress free and great service.

Ryan at this location was great! He was very helpful, seems to actually cares and want to help when my wife needed a rental car to get to work after our personal vechicle got hit in an accident. Great customer service over the phone when we inquiry about availability and again when my wife picked up the car. Would definitely recommend renting from this location.

Really nice staff at this location that was willing to work with me & able to get me into a car loosely when needed. Only downside I had was a super steep security deposit that I never had to pay that high at Enterprise before.
