Budget Car Rental

We've rented from this location twice and have had a great experience both times. Affordable, decent selection & friendly staff.

This place is a rip-off. They lie on how they do their practice and are not up front with you on how they bill you.

Leaving a single employee to handle all of the business operations is a fastrack to dissatisfied customers. When I arrived they were out cleaning cars, had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to come back and then did not get the class of car I reserved because they were behind on cleaning. Not the employee's fault, they were kind and quick, but I can't recommend this location because of how it's being managed.

The price was right, the employees were nice and helpful, HOWEVER... they gave me a car that had been rear-ended, with significant damage, to drive for a weeklong vacation roadtrip. It was rather embarrassing. No discount for that. Then, after the trip, we couldn't find my Granddaughters cell phone, did a GPS search and tracked it the rental location in Grand junction. Tried for a week, calling constantly, no answer. Got transfered to corporate and they kept telling me that I needed to call the branch, which was what I was trying to do, so around and around, got nowhere. Can't go down there as I live 200 miles away. Finally gave up.

The person at the counter was rude and incompetent, she didn’t give me the whole contract and I had to contact customer service twice to make sure that I had the car until the end of my scheduled rental.Her name is Cindy, if I go by the name she left on the messages

One person to manage this location is not ok...plus when i went in to pick up my rental she was rude. I get the frustration...but still, hire some help

The best place in town they care prices are really great service is great.Don't have to go to airport and pay all them high prices. First time I felt and was treat with care renting a car. Pickup and return was the best I have ever had. I thank them so much I know fr a fact I will never go any were else.

The manager here was extremely rude! He would not work with us with the situation we had without a car my work tried to pay for it and he would not work with us and he was extremely rude! Will not be using them again!

Nice car good service. Do not care for people who cant speak english very well . While tryin to rent.
