Picked up car after they did an all point check as to why power steering wasn’t working. They gave me a new battery and less than 2 hours later, same issue happened-power steering stopped working and my car died in an intersection where another driver hit me and totaled my car. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

Avoid this place!! Service and quality no longer exist here. Just a lot of un trained people with poor attitudes. They gave me some excuse about not finding a key to do my tire rotation but managed to get 3-4 screws off the wheel covers and never replaced them. I still got charged for the tire rotation and had to go back a 2nd time to request a refund. I got home and smelled smoke. I opened the hood and see I'm missing a radiator cap and it's lodged tight between the battery and some hoses. Now I have to go back a 3rd time. Firestone just lost another loyal customer!
Well oiled machine! New tire installed,trim piece reattached, quality name brand 40k tire . Manager had his guys hustling,they were happy, getting work done. Quick, efficient and most importantly CHEAP!!! Bring your car here.
Avoid this location at all costs! Absolutely incompetent, the only good reviews are very obviously written by employees. I usually check reviews before going to a new place, but figured a tire shop would be able to mount tires without any issues. Well apparently balancing tires is optional, as they didnt even bother to balance a $1300 set of tires. When I arrived for my appointment, I ended up waiting 4 hours for what should have taken less than an hour. My car literally was not even touched until 2.5 hours after my appointment time. When I left there, my tires were wobbling and vehicle was unsafe to drive. Had to go to a different location in Arvada the next day to have it done correctly (Arvada location is excellent). As a business manager I try to avoid leaving bad reviews, but this was a terrible experience. They schedule appointments with no realistic time frame and no techs there to perform the work. They should have simply told me they were over booked and short handed, I could have gone to a dozen other shops for this simple service. 4 hours wasted, then I had to pay additional money to have the other location fix my alignment which was thrown out of whack by the tires being so unbalanced. Cherries on top - the manager chewing tobacco and spitting in a bottle right in front of me while I was checking out - talking on speaker phone about how worthless his employees are for all to hear - trying to sell me a diff fluid change, even though I had performed this myself a week ago...this is a well earned 1 star review!
Wasted 2 hours of my time. First off the lady who works the desk Susan was rude and unprofessional. I went here for air conditioning warranty work on my car. Set up the appointment days in advance. When I arrived Susan called my warranty company and then comes to me with an attitude and says”you don’t have any warranty” i told her I in fact did, I was speaking with them on my phone while I was checking in for my appointment. She said well I don’t know what to tell you, do you want to speak with them? And I said yes, and gave my warranty company my service contract number and the agent from my warranty company told me that the dumb lady with an attitude had not given them the correct vin number for my car. Totally her fault and a waste of 40 minutes of my time. So then I’m waiting another hour to hear the results of why my air isn’t working, and the manager comes up to me and tells me that they don’t even have the equipment to repair my AC if they wanted to. Total waste of 2 hours of my time and seems like an imcompetent staff. Go to Midas down the street and see Reggie, he’s amazing!

Manger here is disrespectful, started cussing at me. His employees we just as disrespectful, they were using racial slur’s towards me and my mother, who was sitting in the car. They had a women sitting in sitting in the garage with a dog. Took a few minutes for them to even ask about anything.. not okay. I do not expect disrespect in that manner at all. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

This is a very well run Firestone. I am constantly impressed with the quality of service and repairs I've had here. The store manager is awesome and customer service here top notch. I had some issues with the tires I bought on a few occasions and ended up replacing them under warranty and everything was fair and square. Most chain shops aren't anything special but this shop is trustworthy and solid.
Took my car here twice trying to get a simple seasonal tire change and still couldn't get it done. The first time, I called ahead and they said they could do it in the afternoon, so I showed up but then was told they were at capacity. Went ahead and made an appointment for a later morning visit that was promised to take only a couple hours and cost $75. When I showed for the appointment, they now said I'd have to leave the car there all day, and the cost was $108. It is ridiculous that they can't keep their appointments and quotes straight. Don't go here or you'll be wasting your time for no good.

Best Firestone experience ever! I had called several Firestones in the area to make an appointment, and was unable to get an appointment for 1 day prior, until I had spoken to Andrew here! He got me in to switch out my winter tires for my summer tires. I showed up at my appointment and Andrew (the store manager), got my car into the shop right away. He was so accommodating, attentive, knowledgable and kind to every single customer that walked in the door, or called. And while it was busy, he was professional and so patient - to me with all of my questions, and to all the other customers that came in. He was also able to get my tires aligned (which I previously needed to make a separate appointment for, so he saved me a trip! )And everything was done faster than I was told/expected. I am so appreciative to him and the crew who provided me great service. I am a lifelong Firestone customer, And I will be recommending friends and family to come here too! thanks to Andrew and your team

Here's how tire rotations work at firestone: Buy tires, they tell you rotations are free. Call about rotation they say just swing by. Swing by they say you'll have to leave car for the day. Try to make an appointment and they give you a 1 hour window. Show up for appointment and it takes over 2 hours and still counting. They don't value my time and screwed up my plans so here's 1 star
