Honestly just the fact they’re open on sundays is worth a good review but they were also super cool and in good moods. Donovan really helped me out checking off a bunch of stuff I needed looked at. Super helpful and good communication. Def the best Big O tires I’ve been to.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my tires serviced at Big O Tires and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The tire service they provided was top-notch and their repair and replacement options were excellent. But what really stood out to me was their superb customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who were eager to help me with my tire needs. Sunny Garcia, the store manager, was especially helpful and really made the whole experience worthwhile. Not only was their customer service exceptional, but their fast and efficient service also made a big difference. I was in and out of the store in no time, which allowed me to get back to my day without any unnecessary delays. Overall, I highly recommend Big O Tires for anyone in need of tire repair or replacement. The Sunny Garcia-led team is friendly, professional, and efficient, making the whole experience an absolute pleasure. I will definitely return for my tire needs in the future.

This review is specifically to thank Jose Abril. I came in today for an oil change and he was amazingly helpful. Jose is honest and trustworthy and let me know about issues that I was unaware of. He helped me figure out a time frame that will keep my car safe and my pockets budgeted. As long as he’s employed with this company I will continue to come back for all my needs. I came I'm to this shop on Friday evening at like 430 maybe 5 with a tire blowing out air hard and fast out of my 2003 chevy avalanche. The man working who's name I have totally never got and I regret because he was the only one working the desk at the time was an amazing lifesaver. It was just me and my child we needed to get home and he made sure to cover all bases to get me and my kid hime safe. He was so kind he let me leave my vehicle over night and my husband came back the next day and they figured out what needed to be done. He was just very kind and very good at his job. Same with the guys in the back that worked on my truck. I will def be going back there when it time to get tires. Thank you again!!! This guys deserve a raise for their hard work!!

i have been coming to this tire shop for over two years and i have always had welcoming experience, i am very pleased with the service at this location. Sunny is usually the person that helps take care of me. he is professional, helpful, and easy to work with getting me the services that my car needs.

I pulled into Big O Tires in Lakewood today as my check tire pressure light was on on my dashboard. Sean came out immediately to put air into the tires and discovered I had a small nail in my passenger rear tire. I asked him to repair my tire which he happily did and sent me into the store to take care of the paperwork. Caitlin was so professional and congenial while filling out the paperwork for the repair. I have been treated with respect happiness and such a professional attitude by each employee that I have encountered there that I will be a repeat customer and will recommend to my friends. OMG - the best tire center, hands down! I’ve been going to Big “O” Tires on W. Colfax Ave. and Garrison St. for several years now, and they are consistently amazing to work with. The whole team there is knowledgeable, professional, and always customer-focused. My most recent experience required taking care of two vehicles – one was an easy fix, just some new tires, but the other car had been sitting in my driveway since the beginning of the 2020 Pandemic with a dead battery, and tires that hadn’t been driven on in three years. You can imagine that because that car sat out in the heat, rain, and cold for so long, that it would probably take a ton of work to get it back on the road. I was also worried that the tires had dry rot, and that the car would probably have to be towed first to be repaired. Seriously, the “challenging” car caused me so much stress, but Big "O" Tires helped me get it back on the road in just one day. Seriously!!! It now runs like a charm!!! Thanks to the whole team at Big “O” Tires – for which I’m forever grateful.

Came in for a slow leaking tire, and the team here was incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. They found a huge nail, pulled it out, got the tire fixed up and had me on the road again in short order. I love Big O, and how well they always take care of my wheels, and this might be the best location in Denver in terms of friendliness and attention to detail. My new favorite shop!
